Hey there, Demir. I'm saddened you decided to leave a negative review after your experience with us. After thoroughly looking through your case, I can see you have had a lot of communication with our support team, and at no point in time have we ever said, implied, or given the impression that mods are unsupported on our platform. The support agent in question only told you that the modpack you wanted to install, namely The Kingdom of Daldar, offered no server support from its Curseforge page and therefore setting it up to work on a server would be your responsibility as the server owner, as opposed to being something we could offer assistance or support with. We had merely offered alternatives, such as picking a more recent up to date modpack that has out-of-the-box server support, but you chose to become hostile and aggressive instead. After you made 9 tickets in a day demanding we fix a modpack that hasn't been updated in 3 years, you had asked for a refund which as per our Terms of Service, we cannot offer you as you used a discount code. This has always been our policy and the support agent in question was within his rights to deny this request. These terms are the same ones you agreed to when ordering a service at checkout. I wish things had happened differently and I'm disappointed it came to this. I wish you the best of luck in your future hosting endeavors.

Have been using DedicatedMC now for about two years, switched over from Shockbyte and the difference is night and day. Excellent customer service, I started off basically not knowing anything, anytime ive had an issue they have always helped. Performance is also very good.

Excellent performance at a fair price
I recently spun up a heavily modded server (~300 mods) for some friends and we previously were on another hosting service (starts with a b, ends with a t), and after switching to DedicatedMC the change in performance is night and day. For a near identical price point, we've gone from severe TPS drops the moment more than two players join the server to a stable 20 across the board with upwards of eight. This largely comes from better CPU hardware and having a dedicated core, something that this company offers at a much more reasonable price point compared to competitors. If you want to run a heavyweight modpack, this is the host I'd recommend after prior experiences. I haven't had so much as a single hitch since the switch.

Unparalleled support
Unparalleled support. Great performance, especially compared to another heavily advertised yet underwhelming service (which I've used for years but only now realized how underwhelming their service is). Also, DedicatedMC's ticket system on discord is genius and works great. Had them for about 2 or 3 months if I remember correctly, only stopped since I didn't need the server anymore. I can't recommend them enough, so much so I made an account just to be able to leave a review. Thanks to all the support agents who've helped me out throughout my time with y'all, made the experience so much smoother for me and my friends who were using it!

In my search for a reliable Minecraft server hosting service, I came across a provider that seemed to offer great features and performance at competitive prices. The reviews were positive, and the setup process appeared straightforward, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to expectations. From the outset, I encountered issues with server lag and frequent downtime, which significantly disrupted gameplay and user experience. Despite the provider's claims of superior uptime and performance, my server struggled to handle even a moderate number of players without performance degradation. When I reached out to support for assistance, the experience was equally disappointing. Response times were slow, and the solutions provided were often generic and unhelpful, failing to address the root causes of the issues I was facing.
