Been with DediMC a good few years now. If I'm ever in need of a server for me and friends it's an easy choice. The plans are decently priced and locations are good.
We play bigger modpacks so often make use of the Premium Server. A dedicated core, 8GB of RAM and up to date hardware for $24 is great.
The best part of DediMC though has to be the customer service. I've found their discord to be amazing. One click to open a ticket and I've had responses in seconds, always friendly and happy to help whether it be for billing, upgrades or whatever.

The level of customer service is unprecedented, I had an issue starting my server up and the person who helped me with the ticket was fast, friendly, super informative and super clear with instructions. Also instead of being on hold for hours this team has an average response time of like 8 seconds, if only all customer service could be even a little bit more like these guys. The pricing is a little high, but overall worth it given the specs, customization and great customer service. This was my first time paying for a hosting service, and after some research I decided to look at this one. Though not as well known as Shockbyte, there are many good reviews for DedicatedMC. The community is friendly, and the staff and owner are nice.
I paid $37 AUD for a "premium" server, and they have their own panel/interface to setup everything. Customer service was helpful and responsive and they helped me setup a heavily modded server.
Everything was setup within an hour, after they helped me though the steps. Despite 50-60 mods being installed, the server went up in around 30 seconds. I can maintain a constant 5-bar connection in game with very good ping and no lag whatsoever.
Every Question i have had has been answered and handled in a polite speedy fashion. the console is pretty easy to use and i have had 0 issues with the server going down and very little lag for a server having around 10 players on at once normally.
Always helpful and willing to go that extra step in support to solve issues, even if there turn out to be none, and that of itself is deeply appreciated. I've found most issues I do have usually is around my own forgetfulness, or lack of understanding on what I'm working with, but they definitely are the knight in shining armor, the hero in most cases, they've helped me and on more than one occasion to set it all up or point out where I'm making key mistakes and how to fix it in clear and understandable steps.
As a host they rarely have any downtime which is perfect too, makes their service very reliable to use, and when they do they resolve it quickly. Prices are reasonable for what they provide, which is an amazing experience, and I would have to recommend them to others, my roughly 2 years with them has been great.

Their support team has been more helpful, and faster to respond than any other company I've ever interacted with. And that's not just including other server hosts. I honestly can't recommend this hoster enough.
I have been playing Minecraft for close to a decade and have used several different companies for servers in the past. While none of them sucked per say, DedicatedMC seriously stands out as the #1 option. There are different plan options to really customize your needs/budget, but I think their support is what shines the most. They have helpful articles online but when those don't help, their Discord support is next level. I've had a few silly questions here and there, and they never made me feel bad about it. And it's almost like they fix my issues before I even finish saying what I need because they are just that fast. Every server I've played on from them runs so smooth and I really cannot find anything to complain about. Adding server side mods is pretty easy and so is configuring them if needed. Even uploading an already existing is relatively easy by following their guide. I don't think I'll ever use another company for servers again!!
