I have used many hosting services throughout the years and have always had problems with them. As soon as I started with DedicatedMC I never looked for another one. I've been a customer for over 3 years now and every issue I have they solve within minutes, and quite often my issues have nothing to do with their service but a problem I created on my own. They are very quick to reply to their tickets and have very good products. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
In the middle of a raging hurricane, late at night, power flickering in and out. They will be there. In the midst of an unannounced update. They will be there. Stumbling across modifications that break the server. They will be there with no judgement, trying to help. This has been the most dependable, reliable and professional provider I have ever used. 110/100

I was using bisect before and they had awful lag problems that i couldn't seem to get around but ive had zero issues with these guys. Their support, even though it is on discord, is super fast and very helpful. all around 10/10.

We used the high-end hosting for some time, followed by a dedicated server when our storage/processing needs outgrew the high-end plan. Both were super well-handled and very very good value compared to any competitors I tried.
What truly sets DedicatedMC apart, however, is the customer service involved. While many other hosts have agents who are just 'going through the motions' or, in some particularly bad cases, outsource their CS entirely, DedicatedMC has highly committed agents who are clearly knowledgeable and eager to help. These guys are not only technically proficient- they are commensurate professionals. I would go so far as to say their service, in how well it was delivered, was also a business solution where the agents helped where needed as if they were part of our very own team.
A big thanks in particular to "Config Corruptor" Brandon, "Panel Overlord" Ego, and "Fixer of Things" MstrTaffy. These guys have made the experience completely flawless even when my monkey brain failed to handle simple technical tasks.

DedicatedMC provided a stable server, working 24/7, just as advertised. I haven't encountered any lag, so gameplay experience was smooth. Will happily use their services again :)
What made the experience great for me was that me and my friends were able to play with little to no lag. When compared to other host there is a significant difference.

I have used the server for about a month now. The server performance is good, bear in mind I'm using a budget option.
With the semi-competitive pricing for Budget Server options, they more than deliver an ASTOUNDING service. Tickets opened get served in less than 5 seconds literally. The service support/moderators are very informed and educated to the point they can give tips and tweaks to your modpack to further enhance your experience.
For myself, service is much more important to me than pricing. And they do deliver.
It's what you'd expect from a good server host. The server performance is good even with the budget options, though some optimization mods may be required with any mods. The community and support is excellent and quick. I haven't experienced any downtime, and the staff seem to be pretty quick at resolving server issues since they report whatever servers that are down in the Discord. It's a good option for your Minecraft server needs for affordable servers for small to medium communities.
I had an issue with my home network and couldn't connect to the management panel. Customer support was responsive and went above and beyond with helping me troubleshoot. I also was able to get some help with my custom domain setup.
