Oxygen Tubing

This was the first time in a while my package arrived without the oxygen tubing inside being damaged (bent, flattened out in areas or crimped up) and I was happy about that. When those tubes are shipped in flimsy envelopes, there isn't much protection from damage when they are tossed around in transit or have heavy contents sitting on top of them that contribute to damage. I got tired of wasting money on inferior products so I started using someone else, but not really happy with them. Thought I'd give Direct another shot...this time had a happy ending. I might suggest an option to possibly avoid receiving damaged/inferior tubing by shipping them in a box, wrapped in bubble wrap for protection from heavier packages being set on them and rough handling. Thanks for sending me a good and undamaged product this time. It makes a huge difference when you receive full air through your tubing and not partial because the tube has flat spots that partially cut off air. Thank you for your understanding!
