We have booked several cruises through DLC and have never had an issue. I love the website and how you can see price differences between different room categories as well as including wifi and drink packages. We have booked excursions through DLC as well and it was honestly one of the best excursions we have ever been on. The prices can’t be beat and I have only had to call customer service once due to applying a future cruise voucher and they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and were able to assist me in a very timely manner. DLC is the only cruise booking I site I now use.

The agents are responsife and go out of their way to help and answere questions. Often the price of the cruise will change. The agents are ready to get me the lower prices. I have never had an issue with this orginazation.

In my dealings, I find the agents always get back to me in a timely manner which I appreciate. I LIKE THE OFFER BUT AI TOLD ME THAT THE INSURANCE YOU ARE SELLING NEEDS TO BE INDIVIDUAL, NOT GROUP, INSURANCE. I WILL STAY WITH THE BOOKING I MADE AT CRUISESONLY AND DECIDE, BASED ON MY HEALTH AND THE WORLD STATE WHETHER TO GO OR NOT. I KEEP FORGETTING HOW OLD I AM AND IT IS DIFFICULT TO GO ON A TRANSATLANTIC BY MYSELF AND DO THE KIND OF TRAVELLING IN PORT STOPS THAT I LOVE TO DO. IT WOULD BE TERRIBLE IF I BECAME FINANCIALLY UNSTABLE DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES WHEN BOOKING THE WRONG KIND OF INSURANCE.
