You guys genuinely suck.
Every time I deal with you, you advertise a sale like 20% off, then you don’t honor it and you lie. No adjustment in cart. Thieves - u charge me every single time for age verification even though I’ve sent you copies of my drivers license, etc.
No one has ever made an effort to reach out to me and make anything right EVER because frankly you just don’t give a damn. The worst. Super janky website. Lie about prices & discount. If there were any other locations like social media where I could rate quite how awful your service is, could you please let me know?

Another pathetic experience!
This is my number one favorite store for my vaping needs. They always have what I need in stock witch i can say some big jucie companies can keep stock. There also reliable for your goods.
This is not a review. It is a question. Why do you say free signature then you charge for it?¿?????????????????..........

Hello Katherine,
Thank you for your review.
The adult signature cannot be waived per the PACT Act. You should have only been charged $5.99 in shipping for the adult signature fee. If your subtotal was over $65, and you were charged more than $5.99, please reach out to us at 844-908-2767
Very good website! Easy to navigate which is always a good thing. But, the truly best thing about Direct Vapor is they had exactly what I was looking for! I've used them in the past I found their ordering process quick and easy and delivery fast.
directvapor.com is my vape shop.
They always have what I need in stock along with the newest products. Easy to browse and your purchase comes delivered to your door. No need to run out of your favorites or run out to the store. Sit back and let Direct Vapor take the hassle out of the habit.
