I received everything well
I received everything well . Yet the DHL took lots of money for storage , that added to the customs taxes , all being higher then the order ! Dista returned me the money for the products , while I payed all the taxes . I appreciated the return , yet I wonder if there is no other company for transportation , such as Dista will not lose the money ?!

DistaCart user interface is very good and it is very easy to search for and order Ayurvedic medicines. Their price is excellent. They explained that the price includes shipping, customs and any applicable taxes. They shipped the order right away. They continuously sent updates by tracking the shipment. They again reminded that if anyone from customs asks for more money, don't pay, but just forward such requests to DistaCart. They promised the shipment to be received in 20 to 30 days, but to my amazement I received it in 5 days! Everything I ordered is there in tact. Thank you very much.

This company's product and service is excellent. I love the fact that they have a detailed tracking service with every order. When I had a problem with my order arriving on time, the Customer Service department handled the problem immediately. They followed up on my concern and made sure that we resolved my issue.
