I found exactly what I was looking for. I do wish the poles extended a little higher b/c colleges allow a 4.0 cu refrigerator now so it really wasn't tall enough to allow for 2 shelves.

Disappointed
The quality of some of the items is poor and website is outdated. Return shipping cost is 100% customer responsibility (my fault for not being aware or would not have ordered; I'm stuck w/ the cost of the heavier items that didn't work out & are too expensive to pay return shipping). Customer service was responsive, but won't be ordering from DormCo again. Much better experience with Dormify.

Great Space Saving Shelf,
The site is easier to use. It's cheaper to shop here than on Amazon and I did look at a lot of different options. This shelf is easy to put up. I put it up by myself, a tip I used was to lay it sideways and build it and then stand it up. It's super cute! My mini fridge, microwave, air fryer and rice pot all fit comfortably on the shelves and I even had space for a top shelf. I got the wooden shelf liners and they fit on the shelf perfect. I would recommend.

Excellent storage
The product was just as described and works perfectly in my son's dorm room. We watched an example video several times to put together correctly which was very simple once we understood the assignment.
False advertising
The quality of the product not as expected. The headboard did not fit the bed and required pizazz (double sided tape).

Shipping was faster than I had anticipated since I ordered at the last minute. I ordered a used set of risers and they looked brand spanking new when I opened the package.

The product arrived quickly but the box was missing a couple of parts and the holes were in the wrong locations on some of the parts (or the pieces were not labeled properly). I returned this item.
So easy & convenient
Everything worked out really well except the towels. Super thin small & cheap. There probably was an upgrade option that I missed out on.

Experience
Ordering was easy. Customer Service was good. We haven’t put the unit together as of yet, that will happen once we have moved our son into his dorm room. Upon delivery one box was saturated from delivery truck door not sealing properly. I checked the contents everything appeared to be there, we’ll know upon setup. Spacers between shelves were broken, but I believe those are/were for packaging purposes only.
