Customer service was difficult to work with. I have bought an item that has broke three times and there is no warranty on the product. I have followed directions on cleaning and used their items and it still breaks. The last time I ordered a replacement, it took an insane amount of time to ship and deliver! They used to be easier to work with and higher quality. It’s a shame. Two stars because when their product isn’t breaking, they’re awesome and convenient

Dr dabber is one of the best Customer service oriented businesses that ive delt with in a long time. Absolutely if your in the market for anything that they make the team at dr. Dabber goes the extra mile and they stand behind their product. May seem little pricey but once you have the product in your hands at home you'll realize that its a well made functionable tool. With a stand alone warranty. So not to worry you will not be disappointed. Absolutely love my switch
I was pleasantly surprised how fast it got to me! It 8s everything they said it would be. Only 1 thing I will suggest is a counter weight in the base so it's not top heavy and easily tipped over. I only use the glass that it came with it, but I know there's a few artists making different pieces for it and I would think it would make it heavier too. Functionality is amazing, easily cleaned up and pretty slim letting me store it just about anywhere.

My Evo Boost rig broke and was just out of warranty. The customer service person was amazing and went out of their way to help. I have a replacement rig and will be purchasing future rigs from this company. They truly care about their customers and back their products.
