AMAZING customer service

I don’t think I’ve ever had customer service as good as with DVDFab. Since purchasing the license to their Blu-ray Creator, I experienced a number of technical issues – but the level of responsiveness, scrutiny and attention I received (from Mona, specifically) was unlike anything I could have possible anticipated. Over the course of literal weeks, she dove deep into my logs, reviewed every line across multiple efforts and offered multiple in-depth diagnoses until we landed on a solution. She was thorough, prompt and indefatigable – and ultimately successful in resolving an issue that, for quite a time, seemed un-resolvable. I am genuinely grateful – and truly gobsmacked at the level of attention I received. Thank you, Mona – and thank you, DVDFab!

For the most part, pretty good.

So, I've been using this for awhile now. For the most part it pretty awesome. There have been times where I've ruined a disc because the program hung. I recently put in a disc to clone for a backup I got an error where it said it was a new unrecognized Java and to give DVDFab 3 days to come out with the new Java patch. After 2 weeks i put the disc in again to try my back up. Got the same error. So, apparently they aren't to concerned on patching for new hava codes. They should just go ahead and remove that screen because it gives us false hope. As of today, same thing. And to think they had an update for DVDFab. Well here's to hoping they'll do a new Java patch soon. More and more are now coming up with the new java error. I have 3 now

I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience—this is not the quality or reliability we stand for. To properly investigate what went wrong (especially the drive lock‑up and failed burns), we need your program log files. The fastest and most accurate way to get them to us is: Please open the software, go to Menu → Feedback, and submit a report directly from there. This will automatically attach your system and log information, which is essential for our technical team to diagnose the issue on your specific drive/firmware setup. We take hardware/drive lock‑up issues very seriously and will prioritize your case. Please submit that in‑software report, and our engineers will get back to you with a real human response within 24 hours.

I can't believe how easy it was!

I can't believe how easy it was to purchase, download, install, receive the registration and rip an encoded DVD! I've used many, many rippers and DVD copiers over the past 25 years, and this is by far the best product I've ever used! I look forward to a continued relationship with DVDFab. Great Work!
