I have been facing ongoing API-related issues for the past few days. I created a support ticket and contacted the support team multiple times, but the problem remains unresolved. When registering domains, the nameservers are missing from the WHOIS records. Even after waiting more than 24 hours, the nameservers still do not appear, which prevents the domains from propagating and connecting to the server. However, when the nameserver details are manually saved again from their system, they update correctly. This clearly indicates that something is not working properly during the automated registration process. Despite reporting the issue several times, the support team keeps responding that their API is working without properly investigating or providing a practical solution. The technical support has been unhelpful and appears to lack the necessary knowledge to diagnose the issue. Very disappointing experience, especially for a service that businesses depend on for domain registration and management.

My experience with the platform was unsatisfactory; it is complicated and full of tabs. What's stranger is that I bought a domain and the amount was deducted from PayPal, but after a few days, they told me they refunded the amount to my platform balance, not to PayPal! Why does that happen,
