I was overcharged for an item. Called several times and always went to voicemail. I gave my order number, the item overcharged for and the amount to be credited to my Discover card. If unable to credit the amount, I asked to cancel my order. Do not ship! I never had anyone call me to express concerns about this overcharge. Editors'Pick will not allow me to close the account. I ordered a one-time purchase for a product and now I am trapped in a vicious, never-ending cycle where they automatically bill me over $200.00 and ship out product without my approval!! My husband and I are elderly and cannot afford them doing this to us!! This is no way to treat people, and seems shady to me!!! : (
