I had just ordered 2 products from the email you sent me today but couldn’t find the third product I was looking for. So I went in Google and found the product at your website. It makes no sense that I couldn’t find it when I first looked since you obviously had it. I shouldn’t have had to make two separate purchases (and pay $5 twice).

They automatically subscribed me to a subscription which I didn’t consent to. I noticed this happened when I went to cancel my order because I selected the wrong color shade in the product. I couldn’t even cancel my order as calling doesn’t work. No one answers. So they’re sending me the product I’ll be wasting my time returning after it arrives. As for the subscription, you have to actually select opting out. Sneaky af and I now don’t trust this company.

Shipping protection is intended to be an optional add-on that covers your package if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, and you should absolutely be able to opt out if you do not want it. I have gone ahead and refunded the $5.00 shipping protection fee associated with your recent order.
