Ordered ZO material did not arrive / was not delivered as per your notification as delivered. Apparently you split the order of 3 and the remaining 2 it says partial delivery with no date promised. I have called your office 5 times. With no response. I have left messages to call me 3 times with no response. It’s all very confusing and I have put in a dispute with the credit card company since you are in response and have not delivered my order.

I will not use this site to order anything in the future. I placed my order over two weeks ago. My item still hasn’t shipped out. I’ve been charged, but nothing has been shipped. I only ordered vitamin C serum and sunblock. This is ridiculous.
