The products have been great. However, the website is problematic for me. It redirects me to a different site "shop" and the process for inputting payment method, especially when needing to update it is confusing, repetitive and cumbersome.

They always have delivered the products in good condition. With subscriptions, it saves money. The 4 stars is because often if you take the time to check their sales, you subscription item is listed for less than the upcoming subscription cost. Then I skip the subscription and start a new one to get the lower price. Whatever they are selling the item for at the time should be our price if it is less than the subscription price.

All the products are wonderful and I have never had to return anything so I cannot attest to customer service. The 3 rating, however, is for the time it takes to send my products. I ordered over a week ago and my order has yet to ship.
