Customers also appreciate the affordable pricing, easy online ordering, and quick shipping, making the overall purchase smooth and satisfying. However, some reviewers were not happy with firmness issues, noting that the mattress felt either too hard or unexpectedly soft. A few other people also felt that delivery or sizing mistakes caused inconveniences, such as receiving the wrong size or experiencing delayed shipping.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Easy purchasing, great price for affordability and the mattress is comfortable, a perfect medium, soft but firm and an easy switch from a pillow top mattress to something with a bit more firmness.
Hi Mo, thanks for the love! So glad you're happy with your new mattress.
It was very easy to order my new mattress. It came very quickly I was shocked how fast it was delivered. The quality of the mattress is awesome very soft. I absolutely love it good sleeping highly recommend!
Hi Stephen, thank you for your review. Glad everything arrived nice and smooth! Time to enjoy it❤️
A year ago, I ordered a similar mattress from Amazen. For around $200. Well, it only lasted 6 months before I felt like I was sinking to the center. It did not perform well. I have had the EGO mattress from a week, and I don't think I well ever have a problem. It is FIRM yet feels soft to lay on. I have fallen asleep and stayed asleep better than any other mattress in the past. I would suggest and have to friends. I love the black rich color of the fabric. I opened the box and let it set for 48 hours, as suggested. Only bad thing I have to say, when moving it from one room to its final resting place. it was hard to move because there are not handles to grab onto. For one person it is a struggle. But in the end, it fits my bed frame perfectly. And I'm happy.

I ordered this for our first house my fiancé and I purchased. We had a great night in our brand new bed in our brand new home. It’s a quality bed and feels just as comfortable as many much more expensive options. Its ease of opening and setting up was wonderfully convenient. I loved EGO and will recommend to my family and friends. Great experience!!

I previously bought this same mattress in King size. I needed a mattress for my spare bedroom so I ordered the same mattress in Queen. Love this mattress.
Hi, thanks for the love and trust! So glad you're happy with your new mattress.
Well, I was sent the wrong size and did not realize it til after unwrapping. That is the only reason I deducted a star. The company handled the mistake phenomenally. The mattress itself is so comfortable, it's nice to wake up with zero back pain! Delivery is super fast as well. Customer service is a delight to have to deal with.
Hi Amber, thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry again about the sizing mistake. So glad you’re loving the comfort and support!
Been using the mattress for a few days now and can definitely say won’t be needing to return. Has met and exceeded every expectation I’ve had. First it puffed up to size really fast after unboxing, more importantly really comfortable but still firm. Shipping was really fast as well. It’s always a little worrying “am I buying into the hype” when you see a bunch of ads for a brand or product but no need to worry here
Hi Michael, thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to know you’re happy with your purchase. Wishing you lots of comfy nights ahead.
The mattress is incredible. 32 years searching for something like this. It is soft on impact but 0 give like a solid brick. First few nights I woke up refreshed sleeping less time than I usually do. Not some fake paid for reply. I’m large dude I’ve been powerlifting for many years. The support this gives me is amazing.
Hi Frank, thank you for sharing this! We’re glad you’re loving the support and comfort of your new mattress. Appreciate you choosing EGOHOME!
My husband and I had been sleeping on a blowup mattress for two years! We have been trying to save up for a very expensive mattress, but it’s been hard. With the economy financial status up and down is been difficult to say. I came across one of my YouTube followers and saw they had purchase or was given the ego like mattress! They talk highly of it so I bit the bullet and order it! It was the best decision ever we purchased the 14 inch black ego mattress firm and it’s the best decision we have ever made.
