I got a very bad experience with this company after expressing my frustration and concerns after my purchase did not go well with me . I have carefully called and sent all the necessary requirements asked by the care team but still no help was given please this is bad custom service I am highly disappointed

The delivery was 2 days late. Didn’t give me enough time to get it set up when I needed it. It was advertised as “comfort” however this mattress is pretty firm. I’m probably going to replace it soon. Kind of disappointed with the experience.

I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for a little while now, and I’m honestly impressed. It’s very comfortable, provides great support, and has helped me sleep much better through the night. It feels soft enough to be comfortable but still supportive enough that I don’t wake up sore. Setup was simple, and it expanded quickly after opening. I was having back pain and numb arms and hands from my other matress being too soft. I decided to take a chance and try out the firm 14 inch mattress and I’m so thankful that I did. I haven’t slept this well in years!

The mattress is great. It’s actually 14 inches and thickness it has softness but also firmness which is unbelievable had it for only two nights but the sleep has been fantastic on the other hand. FedEx did not do a very good job on shipping thank goodness the mattress was wrapped in fully plastic because they left the box outside in the rain and did not cover it and the boxes the box that they shipped it in was kind of destroyed or ripped open due to the fact as FedEx is not very good on handling packages nothing wrong with the company

I love this bed! Albeit at first I was a bit overwhelmed moving into a new apartment for the first time and having to do a bunch of research but let me tell you…. After my first night I was not disappointed. It was a 100% blind buy and I went into local mattress firms to see what bedding felt the most comfortable and I had a general idea. But after finally sleeping on it, I was pleasantly surprised. A it’s affordable. B it’s cooling which is great here in Florida. And C it’s a great mix between firm and actually accommodating my body weight (180 lbs at 6’ 1”). Only drawback I would say is that the sides do not have those handle things to keep you in the bed and sometimes I wish it had that. But really not a big deal. For the price this exceeded my expectations and feels way more expensive than what it is. A++ to Ego!

I ordered an EGOHOME Black 12" Hybrid and its been wondrous thus far, no sliding around on my box spring like my prior mattress, I don't sink into 6 inches of memory foam, it's a very nice change of pace compared to my prior extremely firm mattress.

good communication great product Easy to navigate site. while Don't expect immediate results your back has been in poor alignment since you bought that old futon. it takes a while to straighten up. that lumbar curve has become a part of you since 1998. Relax soon you won't even have back stiffness...trust me.
