Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. People frequently praise the exceptional comfort and support, noting that the mattress helps them fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up without back pain. Customers also appreciate the affordable pricing, easy online ordering, and quick shipping, making the overall purchase smooth and satisfying. However, some reviewers were not happy with firmness issues, noting that the mattress felt either too hard or unexpectedly soft. A few other people also felt that delivery or sizing mistakes caused inconveniences, such as receiving the wrong size or experiencing delayed shipping.

Hi Geovanny, thank you for your review. So happy to hear our mattress is improving your sleep! May you wake up refreshed every morning.
I bough a bed from this site and it’s been great and at a very budget price as well! Highly recommend!!
Hi Jacob, we appreciate you taking the time to share this! Enjoy your new mattress😊
I recently purchased the EgoHome mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very first night, I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality. The mattress provides an excellent balance of comfort and support, helping to relieve pressure points while keeping my spine properly aligned. The memory foam contours nicely to the body without feeling too soft, and it minimizes motion transfer, which is great if you share the bed with a partner. I also appreciate the quality of the materials and the overall construction—it feels durable and well-made. The mattress arrived compressed and expanded quickly after unpacking. There was very little odor, and it was ready to use within a short time. Overall, EgoHome offers exceptional value for the price, combining comfort, support, and quality at an affordable cost. I would highly recommend the EgoHome mattress to anyone looking for a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.

Box was heavy but very easy to unpack. The mattress gained its maxium capacity in under 15 minutes. Bed feels amazing!!!!! I was worried since i couldnt try it in person, but right away the bed felt amazing and i was able to sleep on it the first night with no issues on comfort.

My husband and I are in LOVE with our new king size mattress. It came super quick and was super easy to set up. It's so amazing that even our cat loves it and thinks we bought it for her new cat bed.
Hi Thelma, thank you so much! We’re thrilled that you and your husband are loving your new mattress—and it sounds like your cat has claimed it too! Enjoy your cozy new sleep setup.
I got the king black 12” pro foam mattress for my boyfriend and I in our new apartment. The mattress is absolutely perfect. We’re both highly active individuals and it’s super spacious as well as cooling and SO comfortable. I have searched and searched and take my sleep very seriously and I am more than happy with my purchase. I have already referred you guys to my friends and family who have wayyy more aches than they should. Did I mention I’m also a sport performance coach?? I’d recommend this bed to any athlete or person just looking for comfort & to successfully sleep through the night!!! The downside? I could sleep in till 2pm everyday. lol thanks egohome!!!
Hi, thank you so much for your amazing review! We’re thrilled to hear you and your boyfriend are loving the comfort and cooling support. And as a sport performance coach, your recommendation means even more to us. Thank you for chooing EGOHOME😄
I bought the Ego Black 14" hybrid on sale thinking I would replace it in a few years for a higher quality mattress. But I'm satisfied with the quality and comfort. It comes with a 10 year warranty at a 3rd the cost of its competitors. I have yet to see how it holds up over time. I'm a 220lb athletic male with broad shoulders and I have no trouble with side sleeping, or with back and pelvic support. On set up there was no awful off gassing smell. I slept on it the same night, but it takes about 3 or 4 days to come to full firmness. It needs full support underneath it for the springs to distribute weight evenly. I used plywood but a box spring would work as well. My previous mattress was a tempurpedic. I like this better.
Hi Louis, thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad you’re enjoying your new EGOHOME mattress. Wishing you many comfortable nights ahead!
Totally meant to order king size and didn’t realize until we had it opened, the comfort is out of this world!!! We don’t even want to bother with the return process we are just as happy with the queen size. This is a healthier AND affordable option to most toxic mattresses and I am so excited to improve my sleep!
Hi Madison, thank you for your review! We’re happy to hear you’re loving the comfort and value of your EGOHOME mattress. Sweet dreams!

Pretty simple to order the beds, this is my second one I've purchased one for home and one for semi truck. I think these beds are amazing
Hi Chris, thank you for choosing us again! So glad you’re enjoying it
Ordering from Ego was easy. I had done my research & knew the type of mattress I wanted. I had ordered basically the same mattress from Sienna but bc of shipping/inventory issues canceled the order w Sienna (it wasnt going to arrive when I needed it) & ordered from Ego. The mattress was delivered on time & Ego's pricing saved me about $30 compared to the similar mattress from Sienna (both priced at the Memorial day sale). I'm very happy w my Ego Black 12 inch hybrid medium firm. I will recommend to friends.
Hi Dena, thank you so much for your thoughtful review! It’s wonderful to hear you’re happy with both the comfort and value. Thank you for choosing EGOHOME and for recommending us to your friends!
After researching hybrid options, I chose the EGOHOME 14" Hybrid, and it has completely transformed my sleep. The responsive pocketed spring base combined with the cooling gel memory foam delivers the perfect balance of support and contouring. Setup was incredibly straightforward. It expanded to its full thickness within 24 hours with zero harsh chemical odors, which was a huge relief since it's CertiPUR-US certified and completely fiberglass-free. Sleeping on it feels like a luxury hotel bed. The individual pocket coils offer fantastic edge support, and the motion isolation is superb. Reminder: The shipping box is very heavy, definitely need a second pair of hands to move it. Overall a truly an amazing value for a high-quality hybrid mattress!
