nowhere near the hype
I thought the autopilot was meant to monitor my temperature and adjust to make me comfortable but I am still getting too hot and too cold during the night. I mean at this point it's just like an $100 electric blanket that is warm when I get into bed, but after that I cannot say it has improved my sleep and I am still uncomfortable during the night. This was meant to be a revolutionary game changing sleep experience!
Outstanding customer service and product
The customer service reps at Eight Sleep like Emily always take care of any concern I have very courteously and professionally and fast. Not to mention that the Pod System is truly awesome for getting better sleep.
Subscription cost rip off!
Good product but the ongoing subscription model to access core functionality is a COMPLETE RIP OFF! More cost effective options available now and they need to adjust their model accordingly.
no more hot flashes
its great at cooling as that was my issue to begin with. gone the nights that I wake up feeling hot and looking for cold areas of the bed. however the sleep report on the app is not very accurate specially if 2 people are sharing the bed and one moves to the middle or cuddle.
No more overheating at night
I love the way the temperature is regulated. Prior to using Eight Sleep, I would wake up overheated from my memory foam mattress. Amazing product!

Luckily, my product is working but the app it logged me out and I spent five days without having access to only have five days of not being able to communicate with the AI customer service and then they asked to reset my password which they’re saying that I need to log back in and reset it after they gave me a temporary which their instructions to do so don’t match the app so now I’m waiting on that
Support is terrible!
The mattress cover itself works great! The problem is the Autopilot has never worked properly, and trying to get help via the app or email has been impossible. Luckily you can still control it manually with the buttons on the side of the mattress.
The temperature control is the best…
The temperature control is the best feature. The cover fabric is too delicate and already showing signs of wear and tear. It cannot handle a handheld vacuum to clean off hair and dust mites. The base randomly elevates on its own. I am out of the room and when I return I find the base elevated to the reading position on its own.
It’s an adjustment but seems worthwhile!
