Skeptical at Best!
Having gone many years with battles of hot and cold, my wife and I decided something’s gotta change. Having mentioned hearing about 8 sleep while listening to Andrew Huberman’s podcast, we decided to look into 8 sleep. I must admit that we were a bit skeptical. I scheduled a time to speak with one of their customer support members. After multiple questions and concerns being addressed, we placed the order for the POD 5. We knew that if it wasn’t a game changer we had a 30 day window to return. Set up and download were very easy. Our experience has been nothing short of spectacular. The POD delivered to our expectations. With the constant adjustments to temperature over the course of the night, we now are getting the best sleep with minimal interruptions. I don’t say this lightly. We have been through Sterns and Foster, Tempurpedic, sleep number and Saatva without a comfortable sleep. The amazing thing about the POD is it will transform any of those mattresses into a perfect night’s rest. I can’t say enough about the service and support team. They made every effort to provide good ole customer satisfaction. Yeah, I thought this was a pretty big spend until I thought about 1/3 of our life being spent trying to sleep. Now we don’t try to sleep. We have a remarkable rest like never before. Nope, I’m not on payroll. I would highly encourage others to give it a try. You’ll be surprised! HR

Product worked… for about 3 weeks. I got locked out my app, the reset password link did not work so I contacted support and it’s taken them some time to give me generic support. I paid £1.8k for this mattress topper, the level of support I’m getting isn’t worth what I paid. Extremely dissatisfied and I would, if you are reading this review, be cautious when purchasing this. Just dissatisfied with customer support, if you’re someone that values after product care this might not be the move.

I’ve orderded on the end of June and the order kept hanging before shipment. They confirmed me everything was fine until I got notice of an extra 8 week delivery. Unfortunately, this gave me a bad feeling to keep ordering with them. Please inform clients correctly upfront.

cooling where it matters
I received the pod and cover during a period when it was 37 °C outside for weeks and with no AC or cooling and I was amazed how cool and comfy the first night felt and how easily I settled for auto adjustments. Great product

New Sleep 8 Pod 5
Before our Sleep 8, I hadn’t slept with blankets for a few years. We’ve added the cover, pillow covers, and blanket. With the Autopilot, I wake up with the blanket still in place. Glad we made the decision to add a Sleep 8 Pod 5 to our bed.
Pod 4 cooling after 2 years
Pod 4 stopped working after 2 years. Temp set at 55 but only cools to 70. 8 Sleep has no live customer support - everything by email. They required a series of photos before engaging a technician. That was days ago. This is totally unacceptable for a premium product. It's summer and not only is it not cooling, the pod generates an enormous amount of hot air, making the ambient temperature worse!
