I like the value I from Elegoo get for all of my 3d printing needs. Both hardware and consumables are quality products.

Great company to work with!

Every experience I’ve had with Elegoo has been easy, fast, and reasonably priced. I purchased a 3D printer from them, followed by some filament, and later had a small issue with the printer that their support team helped me resolve. I continue to use their filament and replacement parts regularly, and I’ve had no issues with either. So far, the entire experience—from sales and service to parts and shipping—has been excellent. They ship items quickly and package them well. And the printer itself? Well, it just works. I don’t have to constantly fiddle with settings or troubleshoot problems. I upload my models, slice them, send them to the printer, and let it do its thing. I believe Elegoo makes quality products at a reasonable price, especially for beginners like me. I’ve been very happy with both the printer and the support I’ve received, and I would definitely recommend Elegoo to anyone looking to get started with 3D printing.

Shipment says it was out, and expected on a Tuesday. It is now Friday and package is no where to be found yet. Very upsetting

Insanely slow shipping

Insanely slow shipping. Bought a refurb Centauri Carbon. Took over one week to ship and one week to get to my door.

The product (canvis) was well packed and the instructions good. My only issue is the lengyh of tim to get it ordered May/1/26 got it August/7/26. so far have printed t test parts and they were great.

The printer is basically Plug and Play

The printer is basically Plug and Play. Well outdated YouTube videos will see you have to change the settings I found it perfect without any adjustment. The prints stick to the plate and come off easily.

Almost perfect

Ordered 10 KG of ASA and a few spools were tangled out of the box which was unfortunate. I also really wish the spool wasn’t made out of cardboard since heat causes it to deform. Other than that, price is what makes it a sweet deal.

Neptune 4 max, brand new beginner

I purchased the Neptune 4 max as a both feet in to 3d printing. I've only tweaked it a little and will do some additional fine running, but it off the box, this is a great printer. I am brand new but didn't want the bed size to limit my imagination and I've been printing multiple items at the sane time. I'm printing useful items, not at our figures so, using only one filament at a time works for what I'm creating. Great product, very easy to use.

I bought the CC based on the YouTube reviews and I have not been disappointing. There are 4 other people that bought one based on my recommendation.

Filament needed to be boxed

Filament needed to be boxed, was sent in postage bag. Reels were damaged and dont turn well.

What can I say?

What can I say? Superb products (Mars 5 Ultra and Saturn 4 Ultra 16k) that absolutely knock the detail needed for my wife's hobby right out of the park! Delivery was rapid, trackable and well communicated, and when I had a firmware issue on the 5 Ultra, support was fantastic, reassuring and sorted things straight away. Regular customer here!

Have not received product

Have not received product, purolator says due to mechanical failure , they will let me know when yhe shipping date. This is utter BS, elegoo needs a better delivery company. Ive put in for a refund, as im starting a business and need the printer. Will have to look for other options
