Fist time ordering Elegoo filament. And I have to say it’s been working great.
Customer service was always fast and helpfull and the products delivered worked as expected or beyond.
Very quickly answered, but unfortunate not on my questions. After installing the canvas unit I had a cable left and a not used connector. I just wanted to know what to do with it.

The canvas arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. The delivery date was exactly as stated at the time of purchase. The device itself took about 1:30 hours to complete with well designed instructions and an online video to make things clearer, all the parts were clearly labeled and easy to identify.
