waited 3 months for the Canvas product to arrive. finally got it, and it isn't working. this is the 7th or 8th time I have had to message elegoo support about something wrong with my Centauri carbon, and all but one time it has ended with me figuring out the problem myself instead of them doing anything about it. decent products, but tons of issues, and not very great customer service.

Shipped when promised. I ordered the canvas upgrade and my confirmation email said it would be shipped at the beginning of August. It was shipped as promised. It works great! My Centauri Carbon has worked great the whole time I've had it. Now it prints with four filaments instead of one. I love it.
Got a used return for a descent price
Got a used return for a descent price. The die cast bottom plate was cracked, and probably why the unit was returned originally. Elegoo wanted $8 USD + $10 USD shipping for a new plate, but ended up offering to replace it free of charge. I am happy with how this printer is working.

Love my Centauri Carbon 2. On price point, great quality prints for the value. Dont think there is much else to say. Ive been impressed with the printer. Yes its had issues, but dont get a 3d printer if you expect none. The community is great and support has been good for the only issue I had to report to them. If your like me and wanting to move up from a single colour budget FDM printer, The CC2 is great. Use the community groups on social media, they are a great source of ideas and help

Ordered the CANVAS multimaterial system for my Centauri Carbon and some extra filament from the Elegoo store. The filament arrived within a few days and while the CANVAS was on backorder, it arrived well ahead of schedule.
