Scam bought a manual that their site said listed all models which it does not and it’s the only manual they have. All I want is my money back but they wanna offer me some stupid store credit because of their screwup.

This is the real deal. The product is as advertised, but there is a learning curve as the interface is all BMW. I had a question that was answered by customer support very quickly resolving the issue (operator error) with a single contact. It is worth the price.
