To clarify the situation: • The Mercedes R320 2008 OEM manual was successfully delivered. • When you experienced difficulty downloading the OVA file, we provided an alternative Dropbox download link. • When you continued to have difficulty installing it, we offered a remote support session. • We also created and sent you a step-by-step video tutorial. • Additionally, we provided online browser-based access so you could view the repair information online without installing anything. At every stage, we have provided assistance and alternative solutions. The Software file is not corrupted. It is a large OEM workshop software package that requires proper installation and navigation. The issue appears to be related to installation or usage rather than the file itself. As per our clearly stated policy, once a digital manual has been delivered and downloaded, it is non-refundable. This applies to all customers equally. We remain willing to assist you in accessing the manual properly. However, refund demands combined with refusal to follow support instructions do not invalidate delivery of the product. We categorically reject any claim of dishonesty. The manual delivered is genuine OEM workshop software, exactly as described. Once you confirmed the ZIP link issue, we sourced and supplied a more comprehensive OEM software version specific to your VIN details. The file was successfully downloaded and opened, and we provided the required login credentials to access it. The manual supplied is genuine OEM documentation. Unlike Haynes-style guides, OEM systems are structured by repair groups and diagnostic workflows rather than simplified step-by-step consumer guides. They contain full factory procedures, wiring diagrams, torque specs, and component breakdowns. However, they are not written in the same format as an aftermarket manual. Remote assistance was offered purely to help you navigate the software and locate the relevant repair procedures.
