Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the software for being extremely easy to use, noting that it handles format conversions and removes DRM restrictions smoothly. People deeply appreciate how fast and intuitive the clean interface is, allowing them to effortlessly manage and back up their digital libraries across multiple reading devices. However, some customers also noted that recent updates to reading platforms can break software compatibility, occasionally causing the program to stop working properly. A few users additionally mentioned that the free trial version is too limited or that certain stubborn files fail to convert as expected.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Great tool for managing eBooks! Epubor Ultimate is easy to use and does exactly what it promises. I was able to remove DRM and convert my Kindle books to EPUB in just a few clicks. The interface is clean, and the process is fast. Definitely worth it if you want to read your books on any device without restrictions.
I'd had ebooks spread across different systems for years—Kindle, Kobo, random EPUBs that I'd picked up here and there throughout the years—and honestly, it was getting tedious. I desired something straightforward that would allow me to have my library organized and, you know, actually be capable of reading my books on the device that was closest to me. That’s how I discovered Epubor, and it was exactly what I wanted. I have installed Epubor Ultimate due to frustrations with DRM lockouts and strange file types that could only be viewed with one program. The program claimed that it could convert and de-DRM my ebooks, and it fully delivered. It’s clean, modern, and extremely user-friendly. I'm not really computer savvy, but I had it all worked out within minutes—no instructions, no Google. I uploaded a huge number of Kindle files and converted them directly into EPUB and PDF with no ado whatsoever. And, yes, it actually strips the DRM (for personal use, of course), which then enabled me finally to be able to read my Amazon buys directly on my Kobo or iPad without having to jump through many hoops. The process was zippy, and even for huge batches of books, it didn't lag nor cause the program to crash. I actually had one tiny hiccup when I went to input the license—it wasn't serious, just a snag. But I sent an email to their support team, and they got back within one day and sorted it out pronto. That right there was all it took for me to know I was working with the right folks. =) What I cherish most is the freedom that comes with it. I no longer have just one app or device. I control my library how I want, have it backed up, and accessible with no restrictions. It’s really put the fun back into reading. If you're an ebook hoarder like me or are just someone who doesn't care for being locked into proprietary formats, then Epubor is worth every penny. It's not free, but what it gives you by way of convenience and control? Worth every penny!!! THANK YOU EPUBOR!!!
Wonderful application! Very fast and functional. Absolutely recommended!
A great piece of software. I thought I could never read my favourite e-book again, but epubor Ultimate helped me to change that.
I really liked their software worked really well
So far I have enjoyed the experience with this product! I am looking to convert a couple of files of mine that have gave me a headache and it seems pretty simple!
I love this software! And I love the customer support even more!
I cam across this beautiful website Epubor.com which helps students and newly graduates with their softwares which helps you convert the books which a lot of people still cannot afford. I mean who love to do a research. Sitting in library for hours and jotting down was a hassle. This solved my problem. Thank you
Removed the bug from my book so I could read it!! Recommend
It has made it extremely easy and hassle-free for me to convert my digital books to ePub. It's almost effortless for users with no prior experience handling digital files.
I have been using Epubor Ultimate Kindle software and its so hassle-free. I can convert how many ever books I want. Its like magic. It happens within seconds. I have been using it for a year now.
Epubor Audible Converter is an essential tool for anyone who listens to audiobooks on Audible and wants more freedom with their files. The software is incredibly easy to use, with a clean, intuitive interface that allows you to convert AA and AAX files to popular formats like MP3 and M4B in just a few clicks. One of its standout features is the conversion speed, which is impressively fast without sacrificing audio quality. It also retains chapter information and metadata, making it easy to organize your audiobook library. Another great advantage is that Epubor Audible Converter works without requiring Audible account authorization, which simplifies the entire process for users. If you’re looking for a reliable, user-friendly, and efficient way to convert Audible audiobooks, Epubor Audible Converter does exactly what it promises. It’s absolutely worth it!
Allegedly free but isn't. I was able to convert one kindle book that was in the new ZIP format to an epub, but only got access to 20% of the book in a text file. Apparently, you need a license to get the actual full book conversion. So, it works, but only if you pay for it.
great program, now i can read whatever i want!
I put in a support ticket, and then sent a a facebook comment, and then emailed them (no chat feature anymore), that's why it's probably turned off. I explained that the computer I was using had burned up, so their software says you have to log back into the account, to deactivate it. There is no way to do that. So I have 10 days invested in getting absolutely no response from them, through 3 communication methods. It would have been ok, if they said "tough sh*t", but absolutely no response ... just crickets. I purchased the program in January. They have a good product, but god help you if you have a problem.
Contact and send email to me ([email protected]) and tell me your Order NO. or license email so that I can send you another license key, to get it worked on your new computer.
I've been trying to read an epub that I bought. Unfortunately, it was impossible to read it in my kindle due to DRM. Epubor is helping with that.
Testing the software with the trial version was interesting. You have to follow the instructions carefully - they're not complicated, but you might see the occasional stall or freeze during the process. My test DRM (ACSM) removals looked perfect, but they were missing a TOC and chapter links. It could be that the full functionality of the ebook only presents itself when the entire book is converted. A little more transparency on this within the instructions would have been helpful. Another tool which I couldn't try out with the trial copy is the ability to change out the covers for your own. Particularly useful when your ebook supplier arbitrarily changes the covers of books you already own. There's nothing that says "you don't really own any of the ebooks you buy, you're just paying stupid amounts to rent them" than have someone come into your home, rip all the covers off your books and stick on replacements. This tool makes every penny of the price of the software worth it. Bear in mind that I couldn't see a way of batch processing the books to download, you can only do that one at a time, but the DRM removal can be batch run.
I love this software! And I love the customer support even more! After upgrading recently I encountered a problem I just couldn't resolve myself. The customer support team went above and beyond trying multiple possible solutions over many days before the issue was rectified. They showed incredible patience with me and I am extremely happy with the outcome.
Finally a way I am so used to the kindle world that changing to a different ereader wasnt easy. It was made worse to see that all the books i paid for are basically sealed in it. Epubor is finally a way to get them back, to read them again.
