Free trial did not work, subscription was useless
I was looking for software to get audiobooks on my laptop, hoping this would work. I kept getting the screen to get a subscription, which I did in the end, since this platform had so much good reviews and was adviced by Google. Big disappointment: my books are not the right format and this software is totally useless to me. They offer a money back guarantee, but this seems to be only 90% of the amount. If you buy your books mainly on Kobo or in mp3, but not on Amazon, I would not recommand this product. It totally did not work and I am not a happy costumer.

If you found that this tool doesn't work for your kobo library files, you'd better send the error message or screenshot as proof. And in fact, the free trial version helps convert 3 titles for free. I mean, if the free trial version doesn't work for you, why you still place the order? 2. A refund can be issued immediately if you agree to pay the processing fee charged by the payment platform. That's also the reason we're refunding 90% to you. 3. I also noticed that you left 86 reviews on Trustpilot platform, and most of your reviews are 1-star‘s. I feel sorry that so many tools have made you unsatisfied, but as a software developer and vendor, we are always doing our best to improve all the tools and experiences, but not to cheat. Works great when converting to pdf-files.
I've tried it one year for decryption, even with the the latest Kindle format. I use it to get some kindle books as pdf, because highlighting text and include comment etc. are so easy in pdf files with Adobe Acrobat XI pro.

With the new format introduced, Kindle KFX DRM, I hope the latest updated version of epubor ultimate continues to deliver such excellent results, with no excuses or exceptions. This software is fine for the latest, most common ebook formats. However, a huge portion of the digital book world consists of older titles published in now-obsolete formats like .tbz. in my experience. These files aren't going to be updated by the publishers, so it's up to conversion software to handle them.

Sorry for causing you so much inconvenience. Kindle puts different drm schemes on their different formats books, which causes the epubor tool more hard to handle them with one logic. You can even deregister an old device (laptop) and then register another and vice versa - its simple to do just click on the icon next to the figure of the head on the body if there is a square with an arrow then its registered and that allows you to deregister. I paid for the lifetime version of Ultimate. It is already worth every cent after hours and days of trying to retrieve my kindle documents because my old mobile has been de-activated and so cant access the code Amazon sends.

Amazon - THE WORST service provider EVER.
