The very next day after Ethos took $57 from my bank account I called to cancel it. I was told it would be 5 to 10 business days to get my refund. 16 business days later still no refund. Now they say some other company has to issue the refund and their system is down. The system is down for 24 days?!?!? Unbelievable!! Don't do business with Ethos!!!!
