Super fast delivery to Japan and great service

I am a foreigner living in Japan and had to deal with buying a new android phone since I don't like iphone. There aren't many sim-free ones in the big Japanese electronic stores, so I came across Etoren. I was sceptical if the order would work out with the customs and if I would be able to use the phone with both Japanese and European simcard. Etoren had a very big selection of phones and a much better price than all Japanese stores or websites. The package arrived incredibly fast, only 3 days after placing my order and in perfect condition. Thanks to the DHL tracking code I could always check its location. I also had the option to change the pickup location to a Pudo locker. Really great and super fast service and delivery, Imam very happy!

More steps showing in shipping process would be better

Huawei Pura X - Perfect working in Germany

The Huawei Pura X arrived within 18 days after order in Germany by DHL - no problems with customs. DroiTong container for English apps is already installed. EasyAbroad can be installed via the Huawei AppGallery to receive main Google apps and some others. Log-in without problems and apps working in German language. A German keyboard is available as well. Perfect!!!

Fast, secure and exactly as advertised

I ordered the Oppo Find X8 Global Version here because it wasn’t available in my country. This turned out to be the best choice! Payment went smoothly. I couldn’t choose PayPal in my region (might be a European thing), but a direct bank transfer worked perfectly. I received an email with all the details, and my payment was accepted almost immediately. Shipping was incredibly fast. The package arrived in just a week, which is impressive considering it came from the other side of the world. The package was securely sealed with plenty of protective padding. The phone was exactly as advertised: completely sealed and brand new, with a charger included (Singaporean plug, but easily usable with a travel adapter). And yes, it’s definitely the global version. All in all, a great experience. I’d definitely recommend!

Great buying experience. For those of us devoted to Android in the States, our choices have been extremely restricted and overpriced. I got an awesome new smartphone, at an incredible price, and I had the phone in hand in 1 week. Highly recommended and will use in future.

Excellent price but poor tracking

Excellent price and I got the product I expected, but tracking could be a little better. Mine stayed at 'Transferring' for well over a week. I even contacted customer service to ask what this meant and if everything was okay. They told me to be patient and get in touch if it hadn't arrived by the expected date. They could have told me that it had actually shipped because it arrived a few days before the due date and then a couple of days later my tracking ticked 'shipped' and 'delivered' in one fell swoop. The black hole period was worrying because it was my first (expensive) order, but all was fine in the end

One of the best website I ordered! I got my order 2 days before it was supposed to arrive.My delivery was in between 5 and 18 September and I got my order on the 3rd. The product is as is suppose to be and I'm very happy. Keep the good job ETOREN!
