Perfect service. Delivery was shorter in time than initially indicated. Only Problem was: DHL. The package landed in Paris, then went to Brussels, back and forward twice, then was stopped. Finally it arrived with 3 days delay. The package was completely smashed. Tks God, the smartphone didn't take any damage. Happy now!

(1) Etoren was not in any hurry to send the pre-ordered item to me - in spite of the item's being already in stock - until I made some noise on this delay, whereafter the item was shipped immediately. (2) Etoren.eu is positioning themselves as a shop for EU countries. Nevertheless they've sent me the item with UK (3-pin) charger instead of the EU (2-pin) one. In reply to my mail complaining about this obvious error they have sent me a reply suggesting that I buy a suitable adapter instead. Thanks for suggestion, guys! Without same I wouldn't have any clue what to do in this situation!

Great purchase. It took about 2 weeks for my Oppo Find X8 Pro to arrive. Without any in between shipping updates, but I knew from online research that that was nothing to be worried about. Got the true global version with a (UK) charger. So I'm satisfied.

Ordered my new Oppo Find X8 Pro on Etoren website. Took about 2,5 weeks until delivery. Don't worry if you get no shipping updates, because it will just be delivered without shipping updates. A day ahead you will be notified about the delivery and can adjust delivery options. The (global version) phone came with USB cable AND Charger, though a UK plug that's useless here in EU. (But I still have my Oppo 65W charger that will do the job) I'm very satisfied with Etoren and would order again.

I have ordered a phone to Belgium. I was at first a little bit surprised by the shipping cost but it include the tax/customs so in the end it was very cheap. During the delivery, I got a message from DHL saying that I had to pay extra custom, I have contacted Etoren which has assured me that they was no extra custom/tax to pay and indeed I didn't have to pay extra tax. The phone arrived earlier than expected, with an extra charger (for UK, Singapore plugs), an extra protection case and a extra protection film, which I did not expect.

Received an opened mobile box – very disappointed
I ordered a mobile from Etoren, and when I received the package, the mobile box was already opened. This is completely unacceptable for a brand new product. I have video proof of the unboxing clearly showing that the seal was broken. It raises serious doubts about the product's authenticity and handling. Very bad experience – I expected better professionalism and quality control. I won’t be ordering from here again unless there’s a strong explanation and improved packaging standards.

The item you ordered has to be unsealed to activate honor warranty by distributor and packed in original condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide warranty if the unit is not activated before shipping. If you wish to, we can replace an unsealed set to you but please note warranty is not applicable. You may contact our customer support for this. We also understand that parcels to India are 100% opened by customs for checking and permit application is required. You may know of this process as you were definitely contacted by custom for it. We suggest that you contact your broker or custom authorities directly to verify that the parcel was opened by customs as they often do not pack item back in original condition. I never have any issues purchasing from Etoren, from ordering/payment to DHL delivery ; with delivery time of 2 weeks to Australia pretty much every time, and the packaging is always robust. If my item is not available they message me to advise on options. They are a little more expensive but the service is good.
