I could’ve walked backward on one leg to MA from IN and gotten my replacement hose sooner. It took over a week to ship and was received almost 2 weeks after the order. The hose, however, is great and works like the original.

I was glad to find the exact part I needed at evacuum . I’m not a fan of Shop, their tracking site. They wanted too much personal information. After 3 weeks I checked on the status of my order and was informed it was still on back order. I had not even been informed that it was on back order.
