Yet that is his job, I don’t know. That is what he does all day long. Then when I returned them, I had to pay the postage which was $22. My order was 50 something so half of it I had to spend on postage. I would never recommend them even to my enemy and I don’t even know if you guys will see this because my last review they never printed because it was not a positive review. To get my money back was another effort. I took them twice as long as they said, and I had to make multiple phone calls. Rip off.
I ordered a floor sweeper brush, and they told me it would fit my Kenmore Progressive sweeper. I asked if it was a genuine part because I did not want to receive it and find out it did not fit and have to pay postage to return the part. They assured me it would fit and was genuine and not a generic part. The part cost me $18 and $6 for shipping and postage. It arrived and it was not a genuine part that fit my sweeper. They refused to refund only $12 of my purchase and would not refund it until I sent the part back which would cost me another $6 for their mistake. Now I am supposed to be out $12 for a part that they claimed was genuine and I spent $12 and have nothing to show for my money except that the man was very rude and hung up on me. I would not do business with this company because they are not doing business and selling genuine sweeper parts even though they claim they are. I have since called other sweeper stores, and they told me that this part has been discontinued and has not been available for several years and they should have known that it was not available before sending me a part they knew would NEVER fit my sweeper. I would never do business with this business that has poor customer service. I also have to go to a library and print out the return authorization form to mail the part back to them so I guess I am stuck with a worthless part because before I go to all this trouble for $6 I might as well donate it to Goodwill and let this scam of a company keep my $6. They know I bought this part and I should not have to go to the library and have to print out a form. They sent it to me and should have records that I have authorization to return it for credit. I can't even guarantee that if I do as they request that they would actually refund me my $12. I guess it is not worth the $18 I spent on something I need to throw away or donate to Goodwill in hopes that someone may decide it will fit their sweeper. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE AND WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE ALSO EXTREMELY RUDE. VERY WILLING TO SELL YOU A WORTHLESS PART BUT NOT WILLING TO SEND ME MY MONEY BACK WITHOUT JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB ALSO. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A STORE TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALSO, IT IS A LAW THAT ANYTHING UNDER $75 THE BUSINESS WILL SAY TO KEEP IT BECAUSE IT TAKES MORE MANPOWER TO RETURN SOMETHING FOR CREDIT ANS RESTOCK AND REPACKAGE THE PRODUCT BEFORE RESHIPPING TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER. I will never do business with this company again. I purchased a replacement part, with the manufacturer's part number, of which evacuumstore shows a picture of the part and it was exactly what I needed. Shipping was slow and when it arrived it was the wrong part. I called and even though it was their error, I will not receive a refund on the shipping I paid to receive it and then I was told their policy was to not pay for return shipping, even though it was their error. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUYER BEWARE!
You place an order for a very high cost item, and pay extra for expedited, and they just cancel your order with no explanation and take days to refund your money (i'm still waiting). the item still shows as in stock but no reasoning as to the cancellation. When you call, at all hours, no one answers the phone and always have "high call volumes" even after they just open. They guide you to use a chat that also does not exist in their website as they claim. first time using this site, and last.
Bought “top of the line” Miele vacuum less than 5 years ago. Complete breakdown of beater head attachment already, $1300, Miele vacuum, had to replace entire head, which will cost less than having someone fix it, because of labor. The vacuum was very lightly used. My household consists of myself and one dog. I am the sole user. Now waiting for new head. According to tracking the replacement part will be here almost two weeks after it was ordered. Vacuum cleaner was beyond disappointing. I will never purchase another Miele product. I’ve purchased other less expensive brands that lasted for years and ran much better. Replacement part turn around time has been very disappointing as well. Seems a machine that was built to fail. Ridiculously long delivery time.
I purchased a solenoid valve for my steam cleaner a couple of weeks ago. I paid for expedited shipping as my steam cleaner is in many pieces. They still haven’t shipped. I sent a couple of emails to service and I’ve been ignored. No response, no timing, not sure what’s going on?

I ordered a part for my bissel multiclean lift off vacuum 2 months ago. It took 3 weeks but I finally received my order. Unfortunately, it was the wrong part. I contacted the company and they said they would reorder the correct part and send me a shipping label to return the incorrect one. Again it took 2 weeks and several emails, but I finally received the shipping label and returned the incorrect part. After another extended period with no communication, I contacted the company again. I was told the part was delayed. This time I canceled the order and requested a refund. I received confirmation that the refund would appear in 2-3 days. I still have not received the refund 3 weeks later.

My SEBO X4 vacuum suddenly would not turn on after 9 years. A quick trip to Everett Vacuum had the basics checked. This is a very hardy well built machine that will last for many years. I can do almost all the service myself with ease. Same price for a new one as Amazon but they do not offer the color I like. Thank goodness the repair was very affordable. I buy my bags and supplies from eVacuum! Bought a Miele cannister vacuum on sale from eVacuum too!
