Must Read - Bad Choice
I would not recommend Everything Branded for your order. We placed an order for 100 bags with embroidery of our non‑profit logo and paid in full, but the sales representative later informed us that the factory could not complete the logo. Despite multiple follow‑ups, their customer support has been extremely poor. There is no point of contact beyond the sales rep, and communication has been very difficult. Based on this experience, I would not suggest doing business with them. Unethical business.

I couldn't be more disappointed...
7/10/26 While placing my order for the gifts for our annual corporate event, Lewis was attentive and responsive; He assured me the order would arrive in time for the event; as I specifically required. However, once 1/2 of our order did NOT ship in time to meet our event deadline, and the other 1/2 of the order was lost "somewhere", responses to my NUMEROUS contact efforts came to a crawl. Lewis can only tell me that he has handed over the issue to Consumer Care. A new order was never placed by EB to get the product to us. Our two gifts to our 150+ guests from all over the US and Canada are either sitting in our closet or completely missing. I have tried every way possible to reach customer care, without a single reply. (7/20 update; two weeks after the items went missing & the week after our event, customer care contacted me by email offering a "forced, token" apology with a minuscule refund. The lack of concern for the epic failure is apparent in the email I just received.
