My company needed to order more of the promotional sunglasses I had ordered from a company several years ago, but could not find that company. I looked online for somewhere to order and found Everything Branded. Found the exact same sunglasses, filled out the information easily, and within like 20 minutes, I received an email from Dan with a quote for two different quantities and a visual of the product with our logo on it. I needed to change the text color, and he was so quick to respond with a new visual that I was actually surprised. It was as quick as the next morning I made the payment and our promotional sunglasses are in production!! Will definitely order again from Everything Branded. AJ was fantastic to work with! After reaching out to several other companies, I contacted Everything Branded because they carried the specific item I was looking for. AJ responded to my quote request almost immediately, and when I followed up with a phone call, he provided all the additional information I needed right away. Called and emailed repeatedly for 3 weeks after making an order/my credit card being charged without being sent a mockup of our product for approval. Was only sent one after I called and insisted on them canceling the order and refunding me. Nice people answer the phones but have trouble finding American orders, and emails were often not responded to. Repeatedly assured by Logan that they were not a scam site and that he would touch bases when our products shipped, then after repeated calls and no contact when they did not ship he finally emailed saying they could not print our design in three colors, which is why we went with this company initially. I received no more responses from Logan, so asked to cancel the order since it was too late for our event at that point (6 weeks after ordering). Still have not received any further communication, so had to open a dispute against them for charging my credit card with no products received. Despite the comment below, the only refund that has been issued is the conditional credit from my credit card company while they continue to wait for a response from this company on the dispute of the charge. Neither my credit card company nor myself have had contact from the company since cancelling the order.

Company (Wood Patel) 08/04/2026 Here we are 8/4/2026 still no product or shipping number told product is stuck at port with no proof, we started communicating with a Shauna who assured us there is no one above her and she offered to air express 100 extra units at no cost while we continue to wait for our original order placed in April now we are back to no response from them no 100 units and no original order 3 months later all talk no action I would not recommend using this company. 07/08/2026 regarding Everything Branded's response to my complaint they have made no attempts to contact or respond to our BBB complaint. My firm placed two orders for 10.1 digital photo frames total of 500 frames and paid Everything Branded approximately $21K on 04/29/2026, in multiple attempts via phone call and emails to Lewis we still have no answer on if our order is completed or when it will ship. What we have received is multiple excuses sorry been OOO, sorry management is handling, I will reach out to them and respond back with and update. Problem no update no shipping information or product. I would not recommend using their services. We have filed a complaint with the BBB.

I entrusted this company to produce the corporate gift for my most important event of the year. I explicitly stated that I needed my product by May 15th. My account manager,assured me that it would be here. My event was on June 1st, so I had built in 2 weeks just in case there were any mishaps. Well....there were mishaps. May 20th rolls around and no shipping information. I was put in touch with the procurement manager, who proceeds to tell me they do not "guarantee" in-hand dates. This is probably something they should be more up-front about with their customers. Fast forward to May 27th and I am told my product is at a port in China, awaiting allocation to a commercial flight....but still no tracking info. Then everything goes dark. Multiple calls not answered, multiple e-mails not answered. Me event was on June 1st and I had to put an emergency order in at another business to get last minute gifts for my colleagues. Today is June 12th and just TODAY, I received am e-mail with nothing more than a tracking number. No apologies. Nothing personal. Just a tracking number that says, "You're order has shipped!" as if I should be excited now that this company has made me look horrible. As someone who does a lot of purchasing, I highly suggest staying clear of this company based on poor dependability and horrendous communication. There are plenty of other businesses that do it right. Edited on June 15th: We received our product and every last one of them is defective! At this point it's just comical....
