I ordered custom coasters and travel bags. The coasters arrived on time and were exactly as expected - perfect! The travel bag, however, took a little more work as there were some production challenges initially. It took a couple of attempts to get them right. However, AJ and the customer service team were responsive throughout the process and worked with me until I received the correct product. The final travel bag turned out great, and I really appreciate that they stood behind their work and made sure I was satisfied. Mistakes can happen, but it's how a company handles them that matters.
