We've had trouble in the past with other vendors getting large quantities of certain name brand items customized and in an appropriate time frame. I ordered mini-buckets for a company event. Out of 500, there was a small number of buckets that were defective. I needed the replacement buckets quickly. The customer care team jumped right on it and got the replacements to me in plenty of time for my event (they looked great!). Resolving an issue quickly and efficiently is just as important as producing a quality product. Argie was wonderful too!
