I was led to your like being told it was a free application. Next thing I know I’d be charged a monthly charge. It’s a good thing that I checked my credit card charges regularly. Luckily, I was able to cancel your charge and go back to the free version. Your site does what it provides to protect us from!

I signed up expecting a service focused on protecting my credit, but instead it feels like a platform designed to promote credit cards and other financial products. I receive far too many advertisements and suggested credit card offers, which takes away from the overall experience. The only feature I find genuinely useful is the credit lock. The credit score itself can be obtained for free through many other sources, and when I used the insurance comparison feature, the quotes offered were no better than the coverage I already have. Overall, I’m not seeing enough value to justify the subscription. I was hoping for a stronger focus on credit protection and monitoring rather than marketing and product recommendations.
