1- During booking they tried to charge me $350 extra, so I started over multiple times to prevent the extra charge. 2- My tickets total cost was $4273.00, but still they charged me $4353.46 ($80.46 extra) why? 3- I still have not received my e-tickets.

You booked a discounted fare, and as per the discount conditions, the ticket was required to be issued at the published fare. After ticket issuance, a rebate refund of $80 was processed back to the same card used for payment. 3. Since this was a discounted fare booking, additional processing time was required. However, your reservation was successfully confirmed and the e-ticket details were sent to you within 4 hours of the booking confirmation.
