Cheapest ticket offered and the online booking experience was seamless. After so many hours of waiting, they sent me an email saying the payment was declined and told me to call the issuing card company or provide a different payment. So, I called Affirm to confirm if it was really declined, they said it was approved. UPDATE: Sandeep from Fareboom contacted me and tried to offer help which I appreciated so much. They are really serious about helping their customers. Unfortunately, my payment didn’t go through because they are still not using virtual credit cards like Affirm but they are on the process of adding this in the future which I think will offer more convenience to other customers.
