Customer service provided by Robert Smith was exceptional and that is what I am basing the 5 stars on. Booking the flight however was not. First time using this travel company. When the one leg of the initial trip was not available, I was not allowed to cancel. Instead, the option provided was an overnight trip with a different airline and an additional cost of $600. I will never use this service again. I will always book directly with the airlines themselves at least you can cancel flights made on your credit card within 24 hours. Lesson learned. But Robert, you provide great customer service.

Great service Bob was very helpful of getting great offers and to make more affordable for this important. I service 35 years in the military and he was great making sure I received etickets. I suggest to have military discount that will be awesome.
