Stubborn service, online check-in disabled, never again
Last week we booked a flight AMS - BKK. Good price, quick process. BUT........ in contrary to customer friendly agencies, farera attach their contact details to the bought ticket. This way you cannot add the flight to the app of the airways (OTP is obligatory but sent to farera.....). Therefor you have no possibility to online check in. Only check in at airport and HUGE chance you dont sit together as family with Kids. 0 acknowledgement of this issue and they dont want to change the details. They point to terms and conditions, but I have read these and nowhere in TC or during booking this strange contact details thing is mentioned. I use many agencies, but will never use farera again. Better pay a fee eur extra for another agency and have your contact details attached to YOUR paid ticket.
It is just a trap
If it was possible to write zero star, that's the correct value. This website is a legal fraud. They block your money promising immediately a flight confirmation that will never arrive. They say in writing "in few minutes you get your confirmation" , I am waiting for more than 1h now and nothing, at all. Furthermore they don't allow you to open a complaint or call them, this is a fraud dressed as booking process.

Suddenly during the booking the price…
Suddenly during the booking the price for the flights went higher. I mean okay that can happen but afterwards when I compared the prices again, the price for the same flight was suddenly cheaper than before. I booked the flight and one day later I got a message that they can’t give me the flight. Never never again.
Non-existing ticket?
I am unsure whether this ticket provider scams customers or simply makes errors when customers purchase tickets. I booked a flight through Farera on 10 June 2026. When I tried to check in 40 hours prior to the flight, the airline was not able to locate my ticket. The customer service of Farera advised me to try again 24 hours prior to the flight. 20 hours prior to the flight, the ticket remained unfindable by the airline. I have tried reaching out to Farera, but the customer service is unavailable and have left my assistance requests unanswered. In short, if you would like to purchase a ticket, please try other options than Farera, as it will save you money, time and peace of mind in the future.
Never ever ever again.
Never ever ever again. This was a nightmare. I cancelled the ticket instead of continuing with them. I could write an entire book on what went wrong but please if you value your time dont use this platform. Maybe they save you €40-€60, but absolutely not Worth it. They put a charge even on involuntary cancellation and that fee is €60.

I used Farera first time, everything is well organised and easy to use, including reminding email for check in , correct code for check in. Interface is also simple for users compare with some other platform… so, i would sincerely recommend 👍

Wow, this cant be legal
To be honest, i am shocked just tried to book a flight to Dublin on this site and how often i had to click on hidden 'no' options is crazy also when i had selected all the non extra cost options, suddenly the flight was not available anymore at that price but went from 92 pp to 232pp wtf. If this is legal the system is broken.

dodgy company i been trying for weeks to book a pair of tickets and always the price changes just when your about to pay it says price has changed as suddenly everyone wants to book this flight???????yeh pull the other one has bells on it. i will never use again and i don't recommend anyone else to either

Booked tickets through them, then several hours later they cancelled. Sent me some message that the flights may be full or some other unexpected issue occurred. Luckily I could still get a similar price on the exact same flights through another company, which confirmed straight away. I think they d*ck you around when you don't buy any extras through them. Farera is going on my blacklist, will never attempt to book through them again!
Farera is GARBAGE
This third-party agency is GARBAGE. STAY AWAY! They have never sent me any confirmation of my flight after my purchase. They have mastered avoiding contact/interaction and providing non-existent customer service. Good luck at trying to speak with a live agent or getting a response through their messaging system that they claim to be 24/7. Their contact number is 1-888-768-4888, which is basically an automated recording and you'll NEVER have the the opportunity to speak with an agent. I will never purchase from this company again. Buyer beware.
It seems better than it actually is
It seemed like they were cheaper than other providers, so I tried booking there. Then, at the end, it turned out that a discount (which they had already included in the price) didn’t apply to me. So the price ended up being higher. When I accepted that, it turned out that the price had increased during the booking process. I don’t trust that. “I’ve been booking flights for many years and I’ve never encountered anything like this before; the price they offer is the price you ultimately pay! I wanted to give them 2 or 3 stars, but now I see that the company is based in the United States. I don’t want anything more to do with that country, so another company gets added to my boycott list.”

Booked a trip and recieved a confirmation mail that our tickets would arrive soon. 2 days after I recieved a new mail where they wrote: We’re sorry to inform you that, despite our best efforts, we were unable to complete the transaction for your recent flight booking with Farera. Because we rely on real-time data, flights can sometimes sell out very quickly or encounter unexpected technical issues during the booking process. This caused us to book with another airline, which was now much expensive than two days ago…
