I have used Filterbuy for filters for several years now. Can't say I really end up changing them as often as I should so had been a while since I ordered. I happened to look at reviews before ordering and was surprised to see quite a few negative ones, especially about customer service. But I went ahead and ordered anyway. I ordered 6 and withing days the box arrived. It only contained 4. I used the chat mechanism to contact the company. Jed was very helpful and said the other 2 would be sent out within 2 to 3 business days. He sent me an email to that effect when I asked and it arrived as did an email the filters were being shipped. This was yesterday and they arrived today. So there was a mistake with the order but it was quickly and completely taken care of. I will continue to use this company for filters.

I was very pleased with the product as I was with the price, never had the need to contact their customer service, yesss that good of a product, it was a custom order, and it for better than my factory order one, Wich by the way it was o lot more expensive than this one, the quality is great, thanks for making it so easy, and you have a customer for life, thanks.

NEVER Use this company - customer since 2018 and I am DONE!
I have been a customer of this company since 2018. My last experience in May 2022 has ensured that I will never do business with these people at FilterBuy again, and I’ll tell everyone I know to never do business with them again. We ordered six filters for our three units to have some back ups. Unfortunately these filters do not fit our units even though they are advertised to be the right size. They’re slightly smaller than the marking on the package, and yes it does listed on the website. All I asked was to be refunded for the three filters I shipped back as well as the shipping cost because it cost me over $42 to ship back. FilterBuy announced “sorry tough luck, we won’t reimburse you for the return shipping cost, what you ordered we shipped and you’re not getting your money back for shipping.” When I tried to escalate it, and I got the same responses from the same customer service person who told me that they’d be happy to give me a full refund as soon as I ship back the other three filters. As if I’m going to get a refund for three partly used filters? That’s hilarious. I’m going to be stupid enough to pay for another $42 of shipping? These people are incompetent and rude.

Filters were not shipped by time stated on their website. Then they claimed it was shipped and they were lost, but my FedEx representative confirmed they were never actually shipped. Filter Buy customer support agent said they'd ship replacements in 3 business days or less. Took over a week for the replacements to ship. Then the replacements came damaged and not cut to the right size. Filter Buy would not process a refund or return. Philip is absolutely terrible as a customer support agent too.
I highly recommend that you stay away from this company. Very dishonest and they don't follow the return policies or fulfillment times on their own website.
Ordered 6/1/2022 and they printed label, which creates a FedEx tracking # but never called for pickup. So it was late with tracking from FedEx assuring it's supposed to be delivered. Then I found out after max time elapsed, that they never actually shipped! When going thru prompts for options refund was only choice and it said order was too old! Boy what a loophole someone very unscrupulous has gotten involved in. So where we'd been happy for years with 2 12 pkgs/yr we are forced to find reputable provider
This seller ships from local facilities to your state (in my case Utah) but requires the return shipment to go across the US making it more expensive to return the item than just throwing it away. This feels like a scheme to avoid returns. I do not recommend buying from this seller unless you are 100% sure that their filters fit your filter box.
I ordered from this company through Amazon, but my order was cancelled by the seller with No notice or reason given. Now I have the hassle of trying to get a refund. Don’t order from this company
Ordered 24 x 24 x 1. Received 23 3/8 x 23 3/8 that where too small for my vent. Called customer service who suggested custom made at a cost higher than I can purchase Filtrete 1900. I recently ordered two filters and when they arrived they were damaged. I contacted the company with pictures of the damage and they told me they would send replacements and three days later I got two replacements in perfect condition.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Service over and beyond. Bill

Beware! Never buy from them again.
I’ve purchased Merv 11 filters a couple times from them. The product is shown in white and has always arrived white. This years order is a dirty yellowish brown color. They do have a short video of a guy twirling a filter set to music and from that video you are supposed to understand the filter is dirty looking and not white.
My return vents are inside my home and can be seen behind the grate. This filter looks dirtier on day one than the previously purchased white looks at the end of the month!
After a few e-mails they offer a return at my expense.

Hi Mark , thank you for your feedback ! I wanted to clear up any confusion in regard to the filter media color. Prior to the pandemic all of our Merv 11 filters were produced with the gold filter media . We temporarily moved to the white filter media in our Merv 11s when we were faced with supply chain issues .While I can understand to some this color may not be esthetically pleasing ,I can assure you they are not dirty and are absolutely 100% hand manufactured in our own manufacturing plant in Talladega , AL. If you were to make a future order of this Merv rating it will be in the gold media color. We apologize for any confusion and sure do value you as a Filterbuy customer !

Very bad experience. Do not do business with this company. I ordered 2 filters at a cost of approximately $42. I received and unfortunately they were not the right size. That was my fault for ordering the wrong size. I called and spoke with a rep about the process to return them. He or she( can’t remember) said to simply take them to shipping facility of my choice, get a tracking number and send an email to customer service. They would reimburse me for filters and shipping. I checked with UPS who wanted $46 to return, seemed excessive even though the company said they would pay, I thought it was too much. I went to USPS and shipping was only slightly less at $42. I sent a em to customer service and asked if there was a cheaper way to send. A week or so went by and no reply. So I went back to the post office and mailed them. Sent another email to customer service with tracking number and request for refund. Several weeks went by with no refund and no response to my email. On March 4, I called and asked about my refund. I spoke with Savanna, she saw my tracking number and said that I was supposed to call them with a tracking number, not email.She said she would issue a refund for the filters but shipping cost was not going to be reimbursed. I asked for a manager. She said she would have manager call me. Savanna actually was the one who called back, not the manager. Savanna stated that the manager had listened to my initial phone call carefully and states it was very clear that shipping was not going to be reimbursed. Bullish_t!! I know that I was told it would be reimbursed or I would have never spent $42 to return them!!! This company has deceitful practices and poor customer service. All I can do at this point is vent and give a public review. Avoid doing business with them

Unfortunately we can not cover shipping costs for client error however we did offer you a free exchange for the proper size in which you declined. I also see that your refund was processed however due to not accepting an exchange the rep did notify you that we do not cover shipping. I am sorry that you found this unacceptable , we truly would have loved to send a replacement and keep you as a valued member of our Filterbuy family!
I order 16x20x1 Merv 13 Platinum filters. I open the package and pull one of the 6 filters out and replace my old filter. I suddenly notice the size is different! In BOLD LETTERS it clearly states 16x20x1. Under the bold letters in smaller unbold letters it states 15 1/2"x19 1/2" x 3/4". I called the company directly and they mentioned the "actual size" was listed in section 3 of their website. I informed the customer service person it did not fit properly and it is not what I ordered. The customer service rep said I could have a custom order done for $150. and I would need to pay for the return of the other filters. DECEPTIVE MARKETING! The filters are not the size advertised on Amazon. So now I am stuck with 6 filters that do not even fit properly. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute so they will not get paid!
This company is a scam. They sell air filters rated by them as Merv 13. However, their filters are more like Merv 1. I send them pictures of Merv 11 (I bought from a different company) vs their Merv 13> The pictures clearly shows the scam this company is running. They offer me to ship the filters back on my own dime and then they'll refund my purchase. Based on reviews from other customer they don't refund the money so I'm not going to spend another dime on these scammers. I wish I had read the reviews before my purchase.

Hi Sam, We use Kimberly Clark MERV 13 synthetic media in production. of our filters, which are generally regarded to be the best currently on the market. I can tell you that testing in a noncontrolled environment is difficult and often faulty, when we send our testing to an independent lab (Blue Heaven https://blueheaventech.com/), they have to take great precautions to isolate variables. I am not sure what testing method you used to come to this conclusion other then a photo but I can assure you we are not a scam . We are the largest air filter manufacturing company in the USA and ship over 100,000 filters per day from one of our four manufacturing plants right here in the good ole USA! Dislike: filters size specification was incorrect (off by 1/2" in Width and Height). This led to returns. The products showed as delivered even though the second package had not shipped. Took over 6 days for products to be delivered. Buyer has to pay for return shipping which can be high depending on size of your filter.
I do not recommend this vendor or their product.
Do not buy from this company or on Amazon. They charged me for a MERV 13 filter but could not deliver. They charged for MERV 13 but delivered Merv 8. Absolute garbage customer service. Stay away from this company!!! They would not even pay for return shipping, I had to file CC dispute with Amex.
I have ordered the SAME SIZE AND TYPE of filters from Filterbuy three times only to receive the incorrect filters each time. In all three instances the order confirmation provided by Filterbuy indicate the correct filters I ordered. They must grab any filters off the shelf and ship them hoping nobody complains.
