I participated in this program for several months and reached phase 3. The content and information provided are outstanding. Dr. A's workouts and meal plans are exceptional—effective and varied enough to keep things engaging. However, the customer support experience is a stark contrast. Responses have been unhelpful and, at times, outright rude. Additionally, the billing history and account information are frustratingly ambiguous. There is no clear mention of charges in the dashboard, no email receipts, and no record of what is being charged or when. Canceling the subscription proved even worse; I was still charged after submitting my cancellation. I am still awaiting a response from support. Unfortunately, my experience with this program has led me to involve my bank to dispute the charges and flag any future transactions from Fit Father Project. In summary, I am extremely disappointed because this otherwise outstanding fitness and nutrition program is undermined by questionable support and shady billing practices that detract from its value. Dr A's program content is an A, and the customer experience is an F, so I'm giving 2.5 stars.

Thanks for the note, Charles. We understand the pricing struggles with SuperFuel. We do strive to provide top quality protein and order in small batches to keep it fresh. Also, the shipping costs just keep rising. We do what we can to keep it as low as we are able!

Hi Michael, we do apologize for this. Please understand that this is out of our control. We ordered this product six months go and were told it would be back in stock in December. We just heard today that the company which produces this for us was finally able to get the protein powder in stock and they produced the SuperFuel yesterday. It is being bottled now and we should have it back in stock late next week. We order early to try an avoid these situations, but much of this is out of our control. Part of the reason for this is that Dr. Anthony insistence on using quality protein sources. That does make sourcing it hard, but makes the product much better than low quality versions. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
so far I do like the protein powder and supplements I bought, I’m just still kinda not crazy about the customer service responses take forever and I was getting a ton of spam quoting me a membership price discount and then you go on the website and it doesn’t work or I would’ve paid and joined, regardless I think it’s a great system. Just the customer service could use some more work.
Hi Armando! We do try to answer all emails within in 48 hours, often sooner than that. I see that it was an older email series you had clicked into. Unfortunately with the internet, it's impossible to turn off all old items, but it did direct you to the correct option for the new program. We apologize for the confusion but hope you continue to work with us!

I see all of the wonderful stories about how great this program was/is. But that was not my experience. It was literally a website, and you need to try and figure out what it is they want you to do. My hats off to all of those who got any help from customer service after reaching out and getting even more frustrated by being told it is all right there... Ok, I get it, you don't offer customer service... What was it I was purchasing? Everyone that rates this more than a 1 star... you had a WAY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE than I did. This feels like SCAM city.

One of the most comprehensive and easiest to apply nutrition and workout programs I have seen. This teaches you have to follow a health lifestyle, not a diet. Dr A and his team are doing great work. If on the fence, I highly highly recommend trying it.

Hi Arthur, with Test Booster RX you may not "feel" a difference but with two months of regular use your body should be doing better at maximizing its ability to produce testosterone naturally. It is not like a synthetic testosterone or prescription. You should be noticing a better night's sleep, and maybe other benefits if taking consistently and managing your diet.
