Hi Maurice, I checked on this to make sure and we see that your order was delivered two days later, on Dec. 19. That was a little longer than our orders typically take to be delivered, but it left the warehouse on Dec. 6 so that was a slow down by UPS/USPS and out of our control. After a year with FFP
After a year with FFP, overall I’ve been happy with the experience. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions along with excellent resources for people like me that are a little more self guided and motivated as well as those who need more support. While OSM has been helpful for getting started, that’s about all there is on the muscle building side after your weight is under control. Some additional resources on weight training while being friendly to your joints (my main concern) would be an area for some improvement. Jared

The help you NEED!
I have to say that working out and eating right consistently is not easy and it takes a solid commitment... That's why it's ESSENTIAL to have the right help and Fit Father Project is that help. Its an amazing app and more importantly community which keep me going from strength to strength. No regrets here this program is trustworthy and the real deal!
I prefer vegan chocolate
I prefer vegan chocolate, which is not available and has not been for some time. Diet advice and menu are superb but starting my day with the nasty whey shake is a let down.

This program works!
Just completed the beginning first phase of the Fit Father Program and I am very happy with the results so far. Within the first 30 days, I have become noticeably stronger while dropping slightly over 10lbs of fat. The recommend recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner with some snacking are really easy to prepare and quite satiating. Dr. A and his team have done a killer job in developing this program and the instructional videos are incredibly valuable. I moved forward into phase two, anticipating even better results. 5 stars all the way!
