No sweat, FlexiSpot gave me no grief sending me a replacement part right away! So grateful. One of their customer service reps, "Geneva", was so awesome. I couldn't be happier with my FlexiSpot standing desk! When it first arrived, the motor wasn't working properly. I contacted customer service, and they responded almost immediately. They were friendly, helpful, and made the replacement process incredibly easy. A replacement was sent out right away, and the entire experience was hassle-free. The desk itself is excellent quality—sturdy, well-built, and looks fantastic in my office. It's exactly what I was hoping for. Great product backed by outstanding customer service. Great customer service. A part on my chair broke unexpectedly in a way that didn't really make sense, and they were quick and easy to chat with and get a replacement part. The chair itself is very comfortable and am happy to have it fixed.

Incredibly quick response and handling of my replacement process. I received a damaged table top, which was quickly processed for replacement with no hassle. All I needed was a few images for documentation. Flexispot has A++ customer service.

I am giving this a 5 before even receiving the product. I called in a major dilemma, I am moving and a part of the product was set to be delivered before I moved. Neither of the properties would hold out it if it came too early or too late. In comes Fai, the customer service rep. He listens, empathizes, and presents me with options. I can delay the delivery over all or he will ship what he can now then when they is delivered he will update the bed frame to go to my new property. I was blown away. There was no manager I could talk to but I promised Fai I would leave a review to let the company know what a rockstar he is. This was my first flexispot experience and won be my last. This is the most expensive bed purchase I have made and the fact that the team handled that with care with how worried I was. I’m just grateful. It is crazy how 1 individual can dramatically change your perception of a brand. Thank you Flexispot and Fai!!

Every contact was answered immediately and completely. I am so happy that I was directed to Flexispot. Their quality of product is the only thing that exceeds their amazing customer service! Ordered a bed that was on backorder. They shipped only the headboard in July and told me I will have to wait until September for the rest of it. This was a bad experience because I had been thinking of canceling the order and going with something available now. But now I have half the order and have to find a place to store it while I wait for the rest.

While my chair did break after just over one year, Flexispot honored the warranty and replaced it. The chair is comfortable and I am glad to have a usable one again. Their customer service is 5 star.
