We ordered the EN1 One-Piece Standing Desk. There was an issue with the desktop not holding screws. Within 2 days we had a new desktop delivered (on a Sunday, no less). Products are going to have issues - what really matters is the support, and FlexiSpot delivered!
Excellent service from this company. I called to see about purchasing a replacement back and headrest for my father's chair. I spoke with Patrick, who was a tremendous help. He explained that the chair was still under warranty and was able to get the whole chair replaced. He even walked me through the claim process. I received the new chair in just three days. I did a considerable amount of research prior to purchasing a new office chair and landed on one from Flexispot primarily because the seat adjusted to accommodate the length of my legs, and the price was attractive. Unfortunately after two days of use one of the armrests fully broke off after pressing down on to adjust my position, revealing the small plastic attachments that snapped. Additionally the seat itself does seem solidly attached to the base, despite tightening all screws and mounts. Customer service has been fine, a few days in between replies. It turns out having a broken chair is fairly inconvenient, so not knowing whether they plan to replace the part or not makes it even more so. You get what you pay for, I guess.
I accidentally ordered a full sized bed when I meant to get a queen. Return was easy (with Flexispot, that is... with FedEx to schedule the pickup was a whole other story). I ordered the queen-sized instead; it arrived quickly and was easy to put together. Since there are not a million bolts and screws, it's actually a pretty pleasing process to assemble the bedframe! I've been using the frame for a week now, and I'm delighted with it. It's made of solid wood, doesn't squeak or wobble, and feels solid. I highly recommend this bedframe!
i reached out via the number provided but each time i called, an automated message said no one could take my call and hung up, despite the email provided saying they were 24/7. i went to the website and used the chatbot which got me in contact with a person and they quickly resolved my issue. only reason it's 4 stars is because no one could answer my call.

Bought the E7 Plus Max, four motor standing desk. It's a fantastic standing which doesn't wobble at all even at its highest setting. Unfortunately it had a glitch with the up button, which ended up being unresponsive by day three. The turnaround time, with a request for additional information, was lightning fast. Upon receiving it, they immediately responded with a workaround, which solved my problem. I will be buying from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone!
I placed an order for a bed frame that was out of stock, and I was aware that this would take time. The system told me that I would receive my shipment in about 4 weeks after my order, very understandable. However I have waited nearly 2 months. I follow up after the 1st month of not receiving an update, I received a response of what seemed to be AI, and I was told that I would get an update in a few days; I didn't receive an update for 2 weeks. After 7 weeks, I finally received a package that indicated 1 of 2 boxes. The 2nd box has yet to be built. I have no way of tracking it. My confusion is that I had a placed a customed order, why is the other half of my bed frame still out of stock? I am literally missing 3 pieces. This is extremely frustrating as a customer that spent nearly $1000 on a plain wooden bed frame.
When I first ordered my Flexi2 desk. The order came in super quick. In about 3 days everything was delivered. I then noticed the table top was damaged and when I reached out to Flexispot they sent a replacement table top immediately. Everything was smooth and easy and quick! I don’t normally write reviews but I’m extremely satisfied with the desk, The customer service, the price and the speed!

Ordered a desk on 25 May 2026 that was listed as in stock at the time of purchase. Shortly after, I was told the item was oversold, with delivery pushed to the second week of June. That window has now passed with no delivery, no contact, and no updates of any kind. What makes this worse is that the exact product is still showing as available on their website right now so other customers are walking into the same situation I'm in. I've had to chase for information that should have been communicated proactively. The product range may be good, but the aftersales experience here has been genuinely poor. A simple, honest update would have gone a long way. Until the stock availability on the site reflects reality and communication improves, I can't recommend ordering from them.

I purchased the E7 Plus with a bamboo desktop in August 2025. It is an excellent desk, and I am very happy with it. It is very stable and comfortable in any position. After some time, I noticed some vibration and noise coming from one of the legs. Customer service helped me resolve the issue quickly and sent me a replacement part. These things can happen, but I really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were. Overall, I am very satisfied with the desk and the support experience.
