Flexispot is the GOAT
Nothing but good experience with Flexispot, the E7L Pro is a fantastic desk with high quality. I also had bought the dual monitor arm, though it was very delayed with the delivery and it was no longer needed for me, but Mc Wezer gave me fantastic support and resolved it with a refund super quick. 10/10 experience, I will only recommend this company when speaking on electric desks.

Great customer service
I ordered my Flexispot desk in 2021 and love it. After several years, the control box stopped working and I could no longer raise it. When I contacted customer service they responded right away with troubleshooting steps. And when those didn’t solve the issue, they sent me a replacement desk for free, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this company.

Helpful and kind customer service
Customer service was incredibly helpful when I reached out with a question about a damaged piece. They did a thorough review and determined that the damage would have zero structural effect on the bed frame. In a gesture of goodwill, they refunded me a portion of the cost. It was overall a great experience!

Just got a new desk and it had some damage upon arrival. I reached out to the customer service team and they were great! Super easy to verify my information and sent me a replacement right away! Good to deal with a company that stands behind their products! The desk itself is awesome, sturdy and easy to set and and operate.

Unfortunately appears a leg was lost in transit and the box had been retaped. Product support provided smooth assistance and a new unit was ordered.
Still Waiting On Delivery
My desk broke, so I reached out to customer support. They had me send in 4 different videos proving it was broken and then finally said they would send me another desk. After a couple weeks of not receiving or hearing anything, I reached out again where they told me instead of a desk they were just going to send me a motor so I could replace it myself. It has now been over a month and I haven't received anything. The customer support is bad too because every time they communicate with me they act like nothing is wrong. I tell them I'm frustrated with how this has been handled and they will respond with "Hope you're having a great day!"

Poor customer service on flexispot.
I initially contacted FlexiSpot’s support and agreed with Joan on the refund offer. She told me it would take about 10 days, but now that the 10 days have passed, I reached out again only to receive an email from another agent, Vince, asking for information I had already provided to Joan. This back-and-forth is extremely frustrating and makes the process unnecessarily complicated. I expected a smoother experience, especially after agreeing on a resolution.
First purchase with FlexiSpot
This was my first purchase with FlexiSpot and it was a great experience. I was lucky enough to win one of their free order giveaways which they seem to do often, and one of the desk accessories which I ordered was lost in transit and their team responded quickly and shipped me a replacement very quickly. Figured the least I could do is leave a review for these guys :). The E7 Pro I ordered is also great quality.

This is a very solid, comfortable, adjustable chair.
This is a very solid, comfortable and quality chair that I have been using since last October. I t provides great adjustable support with separate settings for the back, head and lumbar area. The base is also solid. The only issue I have had is that the mesh on the seat started to tear after the first six months of use. However, as soon as I contacted support, they saw the picture of the defect and initiated a replacement. Great chair and great service. I would buy from them again.
