Product Support from this team was phenomenal. In an age where more-and-more AI agents are used to triage and troubleshoot problems, the personal touch from the human help was much appreciated. Even though this particular chair didn't work for me the ease of putting it together and even returning it was amazing!!! I will still recommend this company because customer service is EVERYTHING!
The desk is high quality! Very sturdy and nice look. I would recommend their products! The mat I ordered took months to arrived but it finally did and flexispot was very professional during the whole time.

I ordered a standing desk + C7 chair combo about a year ago, and the chair had broke on me a few days before this post. I reached out to customer service with proof of the damage and they immediately offered me a replacement, came in a few days later! Problem solved! I ha just assembled and set up my Flexispot E7 Pro desk when I encountered a problem with raising and lowering the desktop. Contacted support, tried to send a video as instructed(video too big by email!). So they patiently instructed me to share video through Google Drive and were able to solve my problem. All in one day. Fabulous! Great service, patient support staff…very courteous and got it done right the first time. Much appreciated!
