Amazing Customer Service and Care

I purchased the Kana Bed along with the underbed drawer, but I unfortunately had an issue with the drawer lid. I reached out to customer service and was assisted by Dave. Dave was extremely helpful throughout the process. He let me know that the replacement part was out of stock, but instead of leaving the issue unresolved, he went above and beyond by arranging to replace the entire drawer. I really appreciate his professionalism, clear communication, and the excellent customer service.

Very responsive and friendly

Very poor follow through on orders

I ordered the joinery bed & night stand at the end of May. Expected shipping for the bed when I bought it was shown as the end of May. They charged my credit card right way even though they didn’t really have either the items in stock! I had to call the company weekly until I left on vacation to try to find out the status of my ordered. As it didn’t show anything when I used the tracking link they gave me for their website. While traveling aboard I continued to ask & was told it’d be after I arrived home which was fine. The bed did finally come as they finally said it would July 7th! but the night stand didn’t so once again I have to contact them about its status. I was sent a generated tracking order showing UPS is waiting on the item. I think they just generated the order because I was hounding them! is it still really out of stock? I have no way of knowing! So I’m still waiting…. Hopeful it will come without me having to hound them yet again. I think the furniture will be nice but will NEVER buy from this company again!

Horrible Shipping, Low Quality

Shipping is incredibly sporadic and one part was VERY slow to arrive, taking two weeks to arrive. Cheap (poor quality). I could hear the wood cracking on the arms (ends of the couch). They sent a couple of used pieces and then CSR insisted that was not true. Okay... call me a liar when I have the garbage parts? Feathers keep coming out of the cushions. I do not recommend this brand or sofa/couch/modular products.

Great service. I have had my desk for 5 years and it stopped working after a move. I wrote customer service and they provided a way for me to get it to work quickly and efficiently.

Great customer service

I ordered L-shaped standing desk, the product itself is great. But I wanted to specially mention the customer service and how professionally and exceptionally they handled my request (slightly damaged framed arrived, special time requests for replacement delivery). Everything went smooth and I 100% recommend flexispot for that.

Excellent customer service and great resolution

I had an issue with a tabletop that arrived with shipping damage. I contacted FlexiSpot customer service and initially received an offer for a partial refund, but after explaining that the damage was on the front edge where it would be visible every day, they carefully reviewed my case. They ultimately arranged a replacement tabletop at no cost, allowed me to keep the damaged one, and even accommodated my request to change the replacement finish from Rustic Oak to Walnut Veneer, while refunding me the price difference. Throughout the process, Francis from customer service was courteous, responsive, and helpful. Although it’s unfortunate that the original tabletop arrived damaged, I appreciate how FlexiSpot stood behind their product and worked with me until I was satisfied with the outcome. Based on my customer service experience, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Customer service was very responsive about a slight delay in restocking of the item. As soon as the item was restocked it was shipped very quickly and arrived in good condition as described. Very happy with the bedframe product! Customer service was super timely and helpful in all their communication.

Very satisfied with everything

I’m always skeptical of buying products online because I assume it’s all some resold, low quality Temu stuff. However, I’m very happy with the E7 Plus I ordered from Flexispot. Everything feels very high quality, including the laminate desktop. Also, their customer service is excellent. The mahogany laminate I ordered is a bit more red than I thought, so I emailed and asked them if I could exchange it. They responded the same day, on the 4th of July no less, and helped me get a different laminate finish desktop at no cost to me.

Bed Frame + Service support

I ordered a bed frame here. It arrived with some visual damage in one of the panels. I contacted the support team for help they offered to send a replacement part. I requested a partial refund instead since throwing away the other part would be difficult. They accepted and refunded me about 10% of the cost of the bed frame. Great service, great bed frame. I’d absolutely purchase from FlexiSpot again.

By far the worse company I’ve ever…

By far the worse company I’ve ever bought anything from. I bought the E7 pro frame in white last week, Wednesday this week I noticed it still hadn’t been shipped out. I contact support, they did nothing to help until the 2nd time I contacted them. They said it’ll be shipped out that night. The morning after they said that I checked the tracking, it said “returning to sender” I go contact support and they said they don’t know why, and they’ll ship out a second one. I tried asking for a discount or partial refund for all the inconvenience. They ignored me and didn’t even provide me a tracking id for the second shipment. They also take like hours to just respond to a live chat. Don’t order from this place, they lack in customer service and shipping out their orders.

Good service. Missing parts replaced

I had a missing parts problem with some shelving. Without any fuss FlexiSpot resolved the issue and sent the missing parts. Very helpful and easy to deal with. Dealing with a live person was a breath of fresh air. Shelves are great. Easy up and sturdy.
