Quality of the belt and buckle is low. It looks OK at a distance but the metal I thin, tinny, and looks like something I’d find in a dollar store. The belt looks like AI. I love the concept of the item, and the design, but the material choices and manufacturing leaves me very disappointed.

Too bad I can’t give zero stars. My own fault for not reading reviews first. Trust me. Just don’t throw your money away. If and when I ever get my order, I can come back and at least update the quality. Again. IF I ever get it.
Customer service is a joke. Can already tell making a return is going to be impossibly hard.
I have a VERY hard time believing reviews posted on their site. The reviews may be legit? I may also be the King of Jupiter.

I ordered a belt for my husband using standard measurements for the purchase. When the belt arrived it was very nice, beautifully made, and color was just what he wanted however, the belt was at least 4 inches too short. I followed the return process by sending an email asking for a return and only got an email back telling me that I should wait for an approval email with the return email to send it too, but if I decide to keep it they would give me a $4 credit. I asked for the return, not knowing that they were located in China/Hong Kong, and they then sent me another email asking me if I had gotten the first email because they were "waiting for my response". I then followed up with another email, because I had responded to the first, indicating that I wanted to return, I had already responded, and I was waiting for their response. I have still not received any correspondence from them as of this date. I usually do my research when shopping online and avoid any company from China because I work at the post office and know that more times than not these companies can be fraudulent and the cost of returning them cost far more than the item is worth. I really wish that the US made these companies identify the origin of purchase when ordering so that the consumer could make that decision without having to dig for the information. Do not purchase from them unless size doesn't matter. I will donate the belt because it is of no use to my husband.

I must admit if I had read the reviews on trust pilot (which I normally do) before ordering I would probably have stayed well clear. But, to be fair my item was ordered on 23rd October, delivered today 31st October, tracking was clear and had come via Shanghai airport to stanstead, then yodel contacted me and delivered the next day. I’ve known things from 5 miles away take longer !!
My tie is just fine and I have no complaints. Would I order again ? Hopefully their reviews in the future will improve which will decide matters.

Products are terrible, and when you want to return they expect you to return with recorded delivery to china!!! They provide a completely different address and say that they will only return the money once they receive the item, and you have to pay for postage yourself...recorded delivery through evri from the uk to china is £62!! Alot more than what I paid for the product, and the customer service was shocking when I said that it's not good enough. I will never buy from here again, I have disputed this and still waiting for an outcome for a refund.

BEWARE: this company will only allow a return if you pay postage and ship back to CHINA. They are extremely difficult to deal with and will offer you money to just keep the items.
The items are very LOW quality and poorly made (again all made and shipped from China). Avoid this place like the plague. Find another place to shop
